And the place was hot but the people were awesome. They were welcoming and friendly everyone has dogs, big dogs, little dogs and tiny dogs. They love dogs. They have dog run and rec Hall, spa perfect temperature and clean. The cleaning crew has really stepped up and are learning how to professionally clean and sanitary for the guests. Everyone is happy and hot. Laundry is really looking great with the new remodeling they're still doing. Love this park. Thanks cleaning crew for stepping up and making sure everyone stays healthy.
Loved it.

After getting to town and seeing the condition of the park I asked for a refund of my deposit or to be able to use it toward a month stay in the spring and was told they would get back to me. I heard today I would be forfeiting my deposit of $269. and that's fine, but I'm going to explain why I chose not to stay. This park has become one of the biggest slums in Quartzsite in the last 3 years. There are many trailers/ homes that should be torn down, pulled out, cleaned up and some are owned by the park owner. The hot tube is a plus but the bath house connected to it looks like it's from a 1950's boy scout camp. The holes in the streets where only filled with gravel after a lady fell and broke her leg last year, the pop machine has been out of order for 3 years, the place hasn't seen paint for 3 years, the trees are more than 3 years without being trimmed and when the wind really blows the branches and such fall on the RV's, cars and personal property of the guests. The shower in the ladies room took a year to fix, right now there are 4 out of 8 dryers working in the laundry and some of the guest are going down the street to use the public laundry, the maintenance area looks like a dumping grounds. The owner has no management skills and Maria in the office basically keeps what's left of the place from falling apart. Needless to say I will never be back or will I recommend this place to anyone.

We lost a tire off our fifth wheel between the Arizona state line and Quartzsite. We ended up having to stay two nights because every repair shop was closed on Sunday (good for them!). We arrived after the office was closed so we picked out a spot and settled in. There were quite a few trailers that were permanent dwellings but we didn’t see too many people out, probably because it was unbearably hot and also there wasn’t anything to do. I can imagine this town is hopping in the fall when they have their big gatherings, but in the summer, it is dead. There was a laundry facility on property but it was closed. We had a PT and FHUs. Hubby says the cable RV connection was messed up- one was stripped the other was broken. We went to a great church, First Baptist Church. Small but people were friendly and the message and worship was good! I attend again if I was ever through that area again on a Sunday! Sorry, I didn’t get any pictures of the park. We had our minds on getting the tire fixed.Cell service was 5G don’t recall how many bars we had, but we didn’t have any problems calling anyone. No dropped calls.
Very disappointed

There's a lot of traffic on this interstate, it's none stop, day and night, so constant back ground noise. Very annoying for my like.My biggest disappointement is the electric bill. Their meter doesn't work right!! They charged me around $45/month, when other parks I was in were about $17/month. I got a tiny trailer, single guy, no hot water tank, I use my solar during daytime. Plus my neighbor was charged around $27/month, with a big 5th wheel trailer, hot water tank, A/C, the whole deal!! So if those aren't proofs something's wrong with my meter...I complained, but I got told those are meter readings, so that's it. Also, they charge $3 for the monthly reading!! I don't know if that practice is common, but that's just a ridiculous fee to top it all.Wi-Fi is very lame, frustrating. There's a pressure machine to wash your car/rv, but it's not working. Seems to be that way for a long time. The restrooms aren't that clean. The showers were not that appealing, with a stinky moldy curtain. On the other end, laundry room has nice prices. There are several citrus trees on the premises (I enjoyed a lot) and they recycle cans, bottles and cardboard. So three good things I appreciated.Notice that most of the clients have permanent set ups, so it's not a travelling crowd. One neighbor had 2 small dogs constantly barking at everything that moves.I won't go back for sure.

Been hear before. Johnson (first name, owner) very helpful. Clean. Has outdoor hot tube not very used, clean. Nice laundry, place to wash car. Walking distance to a lot in Quartzsite. Easy driving to rest. Sites are gravel. Monthly $375 January to March, otherwise $275.
Quiet, friendly, easy going.

The location is spot on - far enough from the highway that there's no crazy noise but super easy to get to. For the people that are hauling with diesel - there is a flying J right on the way, just down the road. I have ATT and never lost service!

There are myriad options in the area and we were happy with this one. Not much to say about a gravel lot in the desert but the price was right and we got a pull through with full hookups. My only real impressions of the place are based on personal experience that you're not likely to encounter so...take them for what they're worth. We met an amazing couple that are bus conversion folks like ourselves, and they welcomed us into their bus and were generous with kindness, experience, and knowledge. We also had a neighbor pull in around 11 PM that was packing up and getting ready to leave before sunrise, with the radio in the cab of his class C at a deafening volume, doors open. Needless to say I can't fault nor give credit to the park for either of these experiences.
