Compounding this, the dump station is down for repairs and the park host can’t provide even a trace of information when it’ll be back up and running. Her best offer is for us to pay an additional $10 to use the restroom. Nice, so they’ve advanced their technology to the laundry. You have to install an app on your phone and pre pay increments of $5 on your account. Conveniently, if you are not a long term guest and you have leftover funds in the account the resort keeps that bonus. In other words I should have boondocked in the field across from the resort for free and received the same amenities.

Huge dirt lots with fence around the parameter, nice dog area, pool and amenities! Laundry room was remodeled during our stay, can’t speak to the restrooms as we didn’t use them. Our spot was across from the bball, pool, nice corner lot. R the resort was about 30 min to our family in Phoenix, 17 min to closest Fry’s, plenty of others stores within a short drive. Everyone we ran into was very kind! Only thing I’d rate is access, for some reason Google maps has you turn onto the road before the entrance (to a closed entrance) and it was very not ideal to turn around with a 36 ft 5th wheel

We were on the end of a row with a Great Lake view. We got the last spot available (December). Each site backs up to a nice big lawn. Great for our dogs. Laundry facilities are pretty standard. Staff all really nice. Will def stay again. 3 bars of ATT 5G.

We came back to everything in perfect order. We came in on a Sunday night and flew out Monday so didn't get a feel for the place the one night we were there. We were in a partial site with water/electric, no sewer. View of the lake down below. There are 2 boat ramps that are both busy and lots of activity on the lake. Lots of room to roam. Enjoyable, except for the weekend partying. One weekend especially there were people partying, loudly, lots of drinking until about 2am. they were all around us and used the grassy area between with games, bright lights and such. There are quiet hours, but they are not enforced by the constant security detail. They run security 24/7 which is great; but they do not enforce the quiet hours. We enjoyed our stay here, except for this. This happened both weekends we were there, so not just a one time thing. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing RV park; this is not it. A do want to give a shout out to the staff, they were amazing!!! The pool is great! And the showers, laundry and all is also great.

You still get incredible sunsets and sunrises every day, plus the sky is filled each morning and evening with hot air balloons, which was a treat. We loved the pool, the clubhouse activities (like the free ice cream social!!) and having everything on site - water fill, dump station, gas station, laundry, etc. It did get busier on the weekends, but we still had plenty of space and weren't bothered by excessive noise. Like others, we did hear the wild donkeys on several nights, but never caught a glimpse of them. We would definitely come back and next time with friends.

The full hookup spots require you to stay all Jan-Mar and are in the main area where all the amenities are. The partial hookups and dry camping are out right by the lake. It’s a short walk over to the pool, hot tub, and laundry. Laundry is nice, $1.50 each for washer and dryer. The hot tub is a nice perk if the jets are working. There is a lot of showers but hot water runs out quick. They also have activities everyday of the month from bingo, line dancing, yoga, etc. The Customer service is wonderful with quick easy checkin and we could easily get our packages delivered here. The security is also amazing and if you call and ask them, they will ask your neighbors and their generators to be quiet after 10pm. It gets rowdy on the weekend. If dry camping, Vista Point is the best area but you will experience the worst of the wind. You can definitely get your 40’ rig up there but I would still walk & scout out where you want to park before taking up your larger rig. We parked just outside the partial hookups bc we liked being a closer walk to the hot tub and showers. We still had beautiful lake views! Great place for you dog as well! Large grass areas and the lake is nice. There is a trail to walk straight down to lake from the partial hookups sites. The potable water is behind the gas area so go there first then swing over to the dump next. It has a black tank flush hose there too. One odd thing is the wild donkeys who come out at night. You will hear them sometimes but never see them, except their poop all down by the lake. The best hiking trails are over at Spur Cross.

Found this place that "claims" "Lake Pleasant RV resort"... I think that's a stretch. There are no lake views unless you dry camp, their website is challenging an apparently uses algorithms that if you look at it several times price goes up kind of like airlines... I only found one restroom, everyone was literally on too of each other, shade is a premium. Dry camping is a desert sand pit (reminds me of a nascar parking lot without Nascar. It may be great for some but definitely not my idea of camping. Lake Pleasant campground is absolutely a better choice than this RV resort.

We’re in our 50s and decided this year we’re done sleeping on the ground. We mainly went here for our first overnighter because it’s a short drive from our home and seemed pretty nice based on pics and reviews. We were super impressed with Pleasant Harbor. The three staff members we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful. Our campsite was ready when we arrived and super clean - no trash or weeds. Even though all the sites adjacent to us were occupied, it remained relatively quiet the whole time.We stayed in a “partial hookup” spot with water and electricity only and everything worked perfectly. We didn’t really use the recreation facilities or general store so I can comment on them, but we did cover the whole property on our morning walk and the whole place was consistently well-maintained. My favorite experience was waking up in the morning to the amazing view of sailboats headed out on the lake with mountains rising up in all directions. We also really enjoyed the well-maintained patch of lawn that our spot backed up to. The only drawback I can think of is there are no fire rings here. Overall we had a great time And will definitely be back.

Had our unit parked and settled in a few minutes so we took our dogs out to view the evening sunset (which was a true gift from God.) Spectacular!!! The park made itself was very easy to check into - simply swing by the office for a map and a dashboard tag and then you're off to your site. I know we paid too much for our space but it was at the end of the row nearest the lake and the views were truly spectacular. There was also a huge grassy area in front of our site that was perfect for our two furry babies to run around on. The only thing I would recommend is for a couple of dog poop bag stations as there were more than a few untended piles of poop that some of the less courteous campers had neglected to pick up.Can't speak to the dining or entertainment on site, but we were treated to a holiday golf cart parade of lit up carts. It was very festive! Overall a great first night and while the weather was perfect during the day, the wind howled at night and threatened our lawn chairs so they got put away. Gorgeous night sky with limited light pollution too.

First we dry camped in area 52, a nondescript dirt parking lot, where we camped with friends who have a large Class A. On Monday, after they departed, we towed our big fifth wheel up the steepish dirt road to Vista Point where we almost had the place to ourselves, at least until the next weekend. Our big rear window backed up to views of the lake and the mountains in the distance. Dillon's Bayou, the on-site restaurant is OK; we like the waterfront restaurant at Scorpion Bay at Lake Pleasant Regional Park better. Easy access to water/dump. A pass (can't remember the cost) got all members of our party access to nice bathrooms/showers near the office. Onsite laundry facilities were OK. To my knowledge there are no swimming areas although we did see groups of scuba divers and kayaks can be put in at the boat ramp. We have also dry camped across the lake in the rather small area for dry camping at the North Ramp at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. It was an absolute zoo over the weekends and was only a few dollars less per night. If you can get a site on Vista Point, it's the most scenic dry camping in the area.

Camping is behind a gate guarded 24 hours a day, and the whole area feels very safe. One may purchase an amenities pass for pool and showers. The staff was very friendly. There are fun mountain biking trails accessible just down the road.

Where to even start? When you arrive there's an entrance area that's manned 24 hours. They don't let just anyone come driving through the RV park or marina. Felt very safe from the get-go.I'm not quite sure I understand the previous review stating the sites were so close together. I didn't find them any closer together than any other RV park. And the HUGE plus is that every site was fully fenced on three sides with a 5 foot fence! You basically had a very private, fenced area just for your site. Many of the long term stays/snowbirders had even put up cute, decorative fences on the front side of their sites to fully fence the site. So great if you have a pup so they can have an off-leash yard. I've never seen a park do this before and it was a huge perk IMO.Our site was very roomy. Plenty of room for our camper and for the truck to park next to it. There was a nice picnic table as well. This place is definitely a resort. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great clubhouse space and a laundry room with plenty of working machines. There's even a little convenient store. The bathhouse was HUGE. 10 or so bathroom stalls and another 10 or so shower stalls. There's even a large, cleared counter area with a big mirror for putting on makeup and a full length mirror. Very clean. The bathhouse is a little dated but obviously well kept. The showers were good and hot.One of our favorite features is the HUGE dog park! HUGE and GRASSY! Our dog was in heaven! This was a true dog park where many people would show up and the dogs could play. So many RV "dog parks" are small fenced areas that are more like doggie bathroom stalls that no one wants to hang out in. This park was for fun! Plenty of running room to throw a ball and many doggie friends to meet. There's even a picnic table inside and a couple of nice benches plus a water hose and bowl so your pooch can get a drink during a play break. A+++++Overall this place was great! It's definitely pricey and books up fast. Online reservation was very easy and a good way to check if there are available spots.I almost forgot to mention that this resort is right by the lake! There's a marina and a restaurant but we didn't even go down that way because we were enjoying the RV park and of course the close access to Phoenix and everything to do there.
