We have been staying here for years and always have a great time. This is a great vacation spot if you want to visit Lake Havasu, Lake Havasu city, or Parker since it’s just about between Parker and Lake Havasu City. The resort is right on the lake so you can launch watercraft or hang out on their sand beach. They also have a nice pool and hot tub. The RV spots are very tight and not very well maintained. They also have mobile homes and trailers for rent. The summer weekends are usually packed with guests and it’s usually pretty loud throughout the night. They have a good restaurant, bars, and small convenience store with marina gas station. The cell phone signal is almost non-exist and the free WiFi is near unusable. We had one bar on Verizon and were lucky to get text messages. I also had an external antenna and mobile router using ATT which had four bars of signal. The ATT service worked during downtimes to stream video, but the network was congested over the weekend. So I would not plan to have any cell service especially for working remote.

The catch is that you have to attend a timeshare presentation." She didn't try to pull anything over on me and was very upfront. The rate requires a two-night minimum and a four-night max. with a 90 minute required presentation (which I haven't attended yet. After being on BLM land for the last couple of weeks I really wanted to get my batteries topped off and get a good shower. I'm excited for a pool, waterfront, and the ability to empty my grey tank and fill my fresh tank. The area is gorgeous! The cell signal is so bad that I'm actually in their office so I can do a training webinar for my team. Sherry felt so bad that I couldn't get signal that she offered the office! GREAT service! The camping area is parking lot style, but quiet, flat, and truly full hookups as advertised.

We stayed here for an airstream rally and the location can't be beat. It is right on the lake and you can easily walk to the lake from any of the sites. The sites are mixed in with small, manufacture type homes that were cottages people own. Our site was right next to one of those cottages so we had a view of their AC unit. That was a little annoying and I definitely don't recommend getting a site next to one of those. There is a resturant on site and lots of different water craft activities to do. The grounds were very clean and we enjoyed our time there! The only down side was our navigation couldn't find the place and we had to call and get directions. This place is very easy to miss if you are coming in at night time.

I wonder how many people they suckered into going down the twisty road and end up staying after miles of false advertising. We turned around and went back a few miles to the Cattail Cove State Park, had a beautiful shady spot with water and electric, beach and fishing and boat landing just steps away, all for $28.00 per night.
