Not a bad place but not what I would consider a destination. A bit dumpy. Mostly snowbirds and long timers. It must be empty in the summer because they offer $50.00 per month for 6 months if you pay full price for 6 months. The people running the place are very friendly. No internet. They give to sites to log into but neither one...moreNot a bad place but not what I would consider a destination. A bit dumpy. Mostly snowbirds and long timers. Maintenance is absolutely useless and can’t even recommend anyone to perform repairs. Office if very quick to charge for anything. Might as well plan on not getting back your deposit. No shade. No space to park, trailers are super close to eachother. Very noisy with all the ac’s going and close quarters.

  • Older park mostly doing snowbird business

Seems most of the business here is snowbirds, with some permanent looking setups.
