Mixed community of permanent mobile homes, long-term RVs and a few short term spots for one-nighters like us. Grounds were well maintained. Friendly guests. Shower and laureate clean and maintained.

  • Great proximity to Marana and North Tucson

Nice, clean and quiet park with friendly and helpful management. Sites are located at the back of the mobile home park and are a little tight but can accommodate any size rig. Our pull through was plenty long for our 40’ fiver with room to park the truck behind. Stated rate reflects the monthly rate of $625 + electric. Very reasonable for the Tucson area.

  • A basic RV park - clean, good wifi, full hook-ups, no shade cover not a blade of grass to be found.

Within the RV's, there is a mix of long-term residents (large Class-A and 5th wheels), and nightly guests. We are here at the start off 'off season' so the only about half-full, which helps to open what must be otherwise cramped site. This time of year, the prices are a good value - we paid $210 for seven nights for full hook-ups and wi-fi. Btw, this parks does a nice job with wi-fi - my wife and I both work remotely, and for the most park we were able to stay connected (including a lot of video chat sessions) with little latency.Essentially a giant gravel lot, there is nothing pretty about this place - it's purely functional. The park is clean and seems to be well maintained. Additional amenities such as a pool, community and rec rooms are available to guests. On-site laundry and showers and also available.Proximity to Tucson is easy - approximately 20-30 south based upon traffic. A few state and national parks are nearby as well.In my mind, the biggest negatives of the park are:- Lack of tree cover- No grass area- Bugs were a nuisance- A freight train rolls past a few times daily, including overnightOverall, this is a practical place to be this week - close to family, hiking, and the city, which we needed.
