We have a small camper, and most using this site are big rigs. We were given a nice open spot with only one camper nearby. Everything was nice and clean, but we did not use the facilities. Nice place to stay!!

I checked next morning found power at 126v which is ok. I call power guard company and assumed guard was bad. Ok all day and at 3am the second day it happened again. Reported to park and they offered a move. Switched to 20amp plug in and viltage was 118v. I assume new install did not tighten neutral on 30a and 50a. Shows how important power monitors are. Rv park free internet rocked.

It’s level, quiet, has full hookups ($50 or $45 if you have AAA or Good Sam) and laundry. We were sold! There’s multiple sewer connections so no matter how long you are everything works. The laundry was the quickest and easiest we’ve used. Five massive loads done in under an hour and a half. Best part was no messing around with quarters. You can pay with your phone using Apple Pay or a credit card. If you’re doing a long driving day on the 40, this is a great stop

The sites are very long and they have you alternate pulling up all the way or just part way so there was plenty of space between campers. The sunsets were nice, but overall the view was nothing special.

I called the front desk while on the road and make easy reservations. Although it was near 40 it was relatively quiet compared to our previous site along 54. It got really cold at night and probably snowed at one point based on the telltale signs when we showered. The park is well spaced out with a clubhouse, laundry building and another building for bathrooms and showers, 2 each per men and women. A bit dated but clean. The hookup area was gravel and level. Hookups were nicely organized. Hot coffee was available at the office and Lorna was very pleasant. The park was fairly empty but I'm sure full During summer. Will stay here again.

Something we've only seen in some resorts.Full year round hookups and conveniently spaced multiple sewer connections to accommodate just about any RV configuration. Nice long sites, didn't need to break down, a plus during the winter! The large clean and heated laundry facility was greatly appreciated. There is a caveat if you travel with dogs, a fenced dog run that is free of sandburs, quite a treat for the fur-babies.

Ok RV Park is better than OK. Welcoming staff, exceptionally clean. Each site has multiple sewer connections for easy hookup. This park is right behind a McDonald’s which also made it easy for us to take our electric scooters over to for a quick breakfast. No complaints at all. For a clean, quiet stopover it was perfect.

Far enough away that you don’t hear much traffic – especially with the ACs running :) Check-in was quick and friendly. The park is basically a huge gravel parking lot with sites carved in. They are long and extremely narrow sites. One of those places where you can reach out and almost shake hands with your neighbor. Our passenger side slide was up close and personal with a young tree which will grow into a big tree and be a big problem. RVs are parked opposite of each other and pulled way up front in each site so you aren’t looking in the next door guy’s windows just the guy two sites over! Despite looking pretty level, our site wasn’t. It leaned heavily to the driver’s side and a bit toward the back. Quite a few hookups to choose from which is nice. They are just lined up and down between two sites. It’s a little tricky getting in/out of the sites due to the placement of signs. There is not much shade so it’s hot. There is a wooden picnic table but I don’t know why you would use it as it is sandwiched between your RV and the car next door. Satellite would not be a problem, and they do have cable. Surprise, surprise the WII FI didn’t work. Verizon was 4g 4 bars so we used our hot spots even though it was a bit wonky as it was on an extended network. It’s pretty quiet until the trains start up at 5 AM and the whistles every 15 minutes. IMO, this place is very over priced, and the sites are way too close for our comfort.

But I was disturbed by the lack of CoViD protocols (no face coverings) in the office/store area; we were greeted by three employees, all unmasked. While I understand Arizona does not require any particular protocols, it would seem that a business that caters to the traveling public would show at least the minimum levels of concern for their clientele. We are fully vaccinated, but still mask up around people we don't know because we don't want to put them at risk. Not sure I would stay here a third time...

The manager met us upon arrival and gave us a very thorough introduction to the park as well as restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations. There are some drawbacks, but most can be seen as positives if you try. There is no off-leash dog area, but there is ample space to walk dogs along trails; we had plenty of room for our larger dogs to get their exercise and actually preferred this to cramped fenced areas at most parks (there is a great grassy dog park on the other side of town if your dog needs room to run). Vehicles can travel too fast down the two (actual) streets that run through the campground; this may present safety challenges for children and animals, but it also means the streets are wide when navigating your RV through the park. The sites themselves are incredibly long pull-throughs with packed rocks on a fairly level plot. RVs are parked in a staggered formation so you never have anyone super close to you. There is some noise from the nearby I-40, but that is a small price to pay for a convenient location. Wifi download speeds are fast; Verizon and AT&T voice and data are good without booster. We did not use the showers or restrooms; we only used the laundry room once and then used the laundromat in town for bedding, etc. Do yourself a favor and eat at Aliberto's which is within walking distance!

The ladies in the front office wanted everyone to park staggered (so you can't see in your neighbors windows) Great idea in theory BUT when we tried to keep the staggered idea going... we got yelled at by the ladies because apparently our spot wasn't a staggered spot.. we were supposed to be "back to back" to the rig next to us. BUT there was no reason for us to be back to back. When everyone else was staggered (plus our patio AND our electric were up where we were supposed to be i.e our proper "staggered" spot) It was quite the ordeal!! The lady that parked us eventually threw up her hands and said "do whatever you want to do I don't care!" Got on her cart and left.It was strange but I digress. The sites were very long and had 10 sewers per row. I'm not kidding. There are many, many sewer hookups which at first I thought was awesome (you don't have to have a super long sewer hookup if you don't want/need to). However, the smell is absolutely awful where we were. The sewer vent was right next to our "back to back" spot and there were a lot of sewers to vent! Service was great for both Verizon and AT&T. They have laundry and bathrooms and a small store inside for the things you may have forgotten/lost/broke/need.Overall, it was a decent park for a night stay BUT the sass was REAL with the ladies up front! Plus it's close to Petrified Forest National Park (our main reason of staying) and Painted Desert.

Easy quiet location off 40 in Holbrook. Gravel sites and ours was not too far off from level. They are really long sites made to accommodate 2 RV/trailers end to end, with multiple sewer inputs in each site. We are towing our car and are a good 58’ in legnth and there was plenty of room behind us for another rig and their toad.

Easy pull put and the woman at the front working was friendly and accommodating to our late arrival. Their office closed at 8pm which made it nice for us to check-in and get acclimated. One of the men who was working drove their car in front of our RV to guide us to our spot. It was in the "Green" section #14. There were about 6-8 other RVs there and was spaced out. The spots are concrete and pull through, which is always nice. The spots are staggered as well, so if on a busy day you could have more privacy. They had decent, clean bathrooms and hot water.. which was great to take a long shower! They also have a laundry room on-site which was $1.50/cycle. Overall, the stay was fine and met some really nice people!

We stayed just one night traveling through. Has full hook up with cable. They have good monthly rates here too. Good spot to see the Peteified Forest we didn’t have time this trip. There is a train line close by but I didn’t find it disturbing.

Seems like they are mid re-vamp on their bathhouse / laundry house also. No playground/dog run or other activities available.OK RV Park seems to cater to overnighters with really large rigs - we saw them pull in each evening and pull out in the morning. It's OK. Really.

As a full timer on my epic adventure, this was a great place for me to sink in and rest for a week! I loved how the park separated 30 from 50 amp service so my neighbors were all smaller units. Wifi was very good so it was nice to catch up on my computer needs. Loved my spot with the trees around me.

Large park with level gravel sites. Plenty of rv room at sites, very long. Laundry clean. Lots of rules about pets with no specific areas for dogs except use "the trees". Bathrooms are ok. Good for a night or two. Very windy here.

My kids would rate it a 5 if there was a pool, but for a quiet, clean, lengthy pull through rv park, this fit the bill for my friends and my family.

Sites are 100 ft long with utilities shared. The office helps parks each unit and you are pullled all the way forward so your neighbor is way behind you, not next to you. So you don't feel too crowded. You park your vehicle behind your unit. As mentioned in the previous comment, there are many sewer connections down through the center, as well as, a few water connections. W/E were excellent. There was cable TV available. There are very few trees so there is no satellite interference. Park is mainly an over night stop over so there is lots of movement. The office personal is very friendly and accommodating. There is free coffee and wonderful muffins in the office every morning. We didn't need any other facilities so we can't report on them.

The pictures describe it well. Most recent stay 5-04-16 [I’m late on writing my review] ~ We camp in a "Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities and being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. We did get close to shower / restroom building however have to rate that facility a mediocre 2 star them being ugly – old – outdated – in sore need of some TLC and upgrading – would do wonders for the place. The showers are generous size, have good pressure and lots of hot water and a door on each stall that affords full privacy. They were very clean and didn’t smell so that’s a good thing. The laundry room is much like the restrooms. There are 8 washers (only 5 were working). They are on the small side and $1.50 each. The dryers (6 with only 5 working) are good size but only run 36 minutes for $1.50, not nearly long enough to dry jeans and towels on one cycle– Also we didn’t see a Home Depot nearby, but there is one 50 mi away in Show Low AZ The sites are the longest I've ever seen. All pull thru and probably 80-90 feet long. They are parking-lot style side by side on gravel, but they are set up so that the set ups alternate so unless your neighbor has the longest rigs and tow ever you really aren't right next to anyone. There are about six different sewer connections per site. Never saw that before - and the electric, water, and cable is located toward the rear of the sites. All worked well. Great for overnight stay in big rig motor home 5th wheel or travel trailer, but not so great for pop up trailer, tear drop trailer, and definitely not for a tent. Overall the place was very clean. No grass and the park is right in Holbrook and only a couple blocks from a restaurant, McDonalds, and travel center with large convenience store. The wi-fi even worked well! and Verizon signal was four bars of LTE. I consider this a nice place to use as a base for visiting the Petrified Forest National Park and whatever else you want to see in the area. Next time we'd try to find another park
