I write this review from the perspective of an RV'er. This is NOT an RV park! It's 90% park models and 5% permanently parked 5th wheels with a scattering of vacant spots they stick RV'ers in.. I was stuck between a forest of vacant park models along side a busy street. There was no interaction with other guests as there weren't any! The road was VERY noisy! So much so I could not open a window at night what with drag races and industrial traffic jake braking semis at all hours.$50 would usually include wifi. Not here! Laundry room was decent enough with lot's of old school top loaders BUT it was 100° and they turned off the AC! A 15" fan instead! Not a blade of grass and I was constantly reminded "you can't take your dog over there". Most miserable 10 days I've ever spent in a park! They don't offer refunds for leaving early and was not about to walk away from $500!I will say the staff was very nice! Not one complaint and I'd give them 10 stars for always being friendly and happy but the management that charges so much for so little deserves a thrashing! RV'ers are kind of social so if you're going to advertise as an RV "resort" how about a section dedicated to RVs? Maybe some grass? I know...desert but every other other park I've stayed at in Tucson area had some grass and a nice spot to take your dog..
