Easy in and out but it was pricey and I just stopped for the night so didn’t use any amenities. It was 112 degrees and I’d just driven 6 hours so I needed hookups & this was convenient.

  • Easy access, friendly people, beautiful pool, and free citrus!

The park is all paved and nicely kept, very civilized and upscale. It was intolerably hot when we were there, so the lovely pool was a godsend. Many permanent or seasonal residents in place, but there’s zero funk. Sites are fairly tight, and the highway is only 1/4 mike away, so it’s pretty noisy. Some jets overhead also. But if you really like grapefruit......!

Safe place, rigs need to be 10yr or newer unless approved. Would stay again - friendly folks. Small road noise from loud bikes.

We stayed here over New Year’s 20/21 and most people where inside by sunset and not making any noise. Even during the day while people were out, it was still very quiet. The roads coming into the site are narrow and people sometimes have their vehicles parked in part of the roadway which makes it hard to drive your RV around to park it or leave. When security showed us where are spot was, he asked us if we wanted him to ask a resident to move his truck so we could park. The park sells propane onsite which was very convenient, and you can also purchase it if you are not staying at the park. They do allow RV’s that are over 10 years in good condition. There are fruit trees everywhere :)

Check in process is quick and efficient. 3 pages of rules to read and sign although were given the option of reading and returning the signed documents the next day. Very pretty park with tons of citrus trees for everyone to enjoy; spots are a little tight, but enough room. Very well kept streets and sites. For the most part, patrons were friendly. Reasons for the 3 star rating: 1. Office staff are very condescending to the point of being rude. They seem to think they are doing you a huge favour by "letting" you stay there. Certainly don't go out of their way to be friendly. 2: Pool not very clean (tons of bugs floating around); one sad pool noodle in the pool area; billiards room in serious need of repair (one pocket torn so balls fall on the floor, cue tips worn off, chalk essentially useless, wall clock sitting on the table without a battery) - come on people... take some pride in your equipment! 3. Water aerobics listed Tues/Thurs each week on the calendar, but each time we went (total of 6 times), no one was there. Asked the office staff when aerobics would occur and were told someone would call us - no one did. 4. We mentioned the poor condition of the billiards room to the office staff the 2nd day we were there, and were told someone would look after it - after 55 days, nothing done. 5. Dog park reeks of urine; our dog refused to go in. This park has the potential to be top notch, but unfortunately the staff are it's detriment.

  • Pretty place - some serious negatives though

Streets are a little narrow, but very clean. Quiet, great location in the west valley. Price is great. Patrons very friendly. CONS: Pool not very warm, lots of bugs floating around, everything is locked so need your key with you all the time (pool gate, gym, billiards room, etc). Pool area has one sad pool noodle, no water dumbbells for water aerobics - didn't matter though - no one was ever there the six times we went at the scheduled time. Billiards room is quite sad - broken pocket so balls fall on the floor, cues all have worn-out tips, chalk essentially useless, wall clock sitting on a table without a battery - 55 days after mentioning to the office staff, nothing was done. Show some pride in your equipment people! Office staff condescending to the point of being rude - act like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to stay there. Certainly lack skills in customer service. Water shut off 3 times during our stay, 1st time we were told ahead of time so could prepare, after that, no notice. Dog park reeks of urine - our dog wouldn't go near it! Has the potential to be a top notch facility, but the office staff are it's detriment.

After being there one day I received a call about breaking an additional rule that was not even listed on the 3 pages. Otherwise the park is nice there is quite a bit of road noise on the south end however. If you can abide by all the restrictions it would be an OK place to stay. Also there was no WIFi during my entire stay, although it was advertised and I was provided a password.

The staff has been incredible, and extremely accommodating. The world needs more people like Kat, Woody, and Tammy! We were running late, leaving… As always, and spotted Kat on our way out. She not only allowed us to stay in our site an extra hour and a half to wash clothes, she gave us a ride on her golf cart to grab our laundry, then helped my wife carry it into the laundromat. The park itself is pristine! And we were able to get over 50 channels on air!!! Yes!!We will definitely be returning!!!

We really enjoyed staying in this park. It is close to Phoenix, so we could run errands and order stuff online to be picked up in the park etc. Great amenities in park and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This was the closest campground that wasn't 55 years old and up. We camped here in February when all the snow birds come down, so the place was packed with seasonal campers. We were gone most of the day for all days so being so close to other people didn't bother us...but if we were here to relax and enjoy "camping" this would not be the place for us. The sites are very close together and hardly no trees (but it is Arizona - so I get that). The facilities like laundry and fenced dog run were nice. If you enjoy lots of people and lots of dogs, this is the place for you! It seemed like they had activities planned for the seasonals - which is cool for them.We are 30-40 years old and enjoy a more private experience...but for what it is - it was good.
