However, I didn’t ever see anyone coming or going while we were there. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our site by a kind gentleman (didn’t get his name) that not only directed us into our space, but gave some really great tips on how to back into a spot in the future. The park was mostly long term guests, however, all the RV’s that I saw were in good condition. The park was clean and well kept as well as the laundry room. (I did not use the restroom). We really needed to have good cell coverage and had no problems whatsoever. It was a short hop to Kingman where we could shop, dine, golf and also attend this year’s Street Drag Races. There were plenty of beautiful sunsets and starry nights to enjoy. We stayed in a 39’ fifth wheel.

Called on phone to make reservation. She took my name and phone number and asked that we call and cancel if we wouldn’t make it, no deposit required. Park only accepts cash or check, no credit cards. Wide paved roads with wide gravel sites. Easy to level. We technically had a back in site, but since no one was behind us we were able to pull through. While this park is advertised as 55+, we did not have to be 55 to stay one night. I did not inquire as to how long they would allow us to stay as we only needed one night. Good Verizon signal. Able to call, text, and stream videos. Would stay here again.

We ended up here during the pandemic. It is nothing fancy, a parking lot with a paved road and hook ups. It was fine, we pd for two wks and then were gonna stay a month until things were better. During the last pd wk the only told us we had to leave cuz one of us was under 55. We were kicked out during the worst travel time in America. We asked if it was something else and he said no. Our nbrs liked us. I think this is wrong at a time like this, especially after staying a whole month.
