We have stayed at the Mogollon RV Park 5 times and every time the experience has been nothing less than incredible. We have stayed in the gorgeous and very comfortable cabin each time and have always been greeted with smiles from the camp hosts. They have gone out of their way to make our stays as comfortable as possible and making sure we have everything we need. Even coming immediately to repair a shade that I could not lower. We highly recommend the Mogollon RV Park if your desire is to stay in a comfortable, beautiful and most accommodating park.

Stayed here as we had been boon docking for a week and wanted full hookups for a couple of days. Friendly staff, right on the 260, so you hear the road noise from inside your camper. The campsites are close together and the site we had was slightly sloped and required pads under the passenger side tires of the camper. Facility has washers ($1.75) and dryers ($1.50 for 35 minutes), showers ($1.75 for 7 minutes). They sell bagged ice ($2.00) and there is a country store right across the street. Park is clean and well maintained. No wi-fi, but AT& T has 3 bars. The RV Park has 49 sites, but, all but one is permanently used and there is only one (1) available "transit" site. There is Bugles Bar and Grill next to the RV park and has a $13.99 Fish Fry every Friday Night. We tried the Elk Burger and Pulled Pork Sliders, both were great. The RV park and Bugles Bar and Grill are only open seasonally. My understanding that May 1st is opening day for both and they close (depending on weather) sometime in October/November.There is easy access to fire road (FR) 300 which takes you around the Mogollon Rim to Strawberry and down to Payson and back to the 260. This is a 50 mile trip on a dirt road, but well worth it. The views and lakes (Woods Canyon & Bear Canyon Lake) are spectacular. The Mogollon Rim (FR300) is a dirt road and though I have seen cars and Mini-Vans making the trek, a pick-up truck, jeep or similar vehicle is best advised. Pick up a copy of John Shotts map of all the "FR" (Fire Roads) around the Mogollon Rim to assist you as transit the rim. I hear that the map is available at some local stores. I purchased mine for $3.00 at the Campers Country Corner (928) 535-4716, 889 Highway 260, Forest Lakes, AZ (across from Mogollon RV Park.)
