It truly is a gem in the desert. The owners are super nice and the park itself is very well taken care of. We just completed a trip to the San Deigo area and stayed at Pio Pico Thousand Trails RV park and were disappointed at their "customer service" but Oasis on the way home truly made up for that.We made reservations about two months ago at Pio Pico and also Oasis for the trip home. When we checked in at Pio Pico they told us just to "find a spot" even though we had booked it over 8 weeks prior. Oasis is a small park but when we arrived Jim met us with a golf cart. He directed us to follow him and they had our spot completely ready for us. He made sure we were lined up and all our hookups were set up. They made us feel truly welcome. We will defiantly stay there again.Keep in mind, there is no signage to the park. The State wanted to charge them $6,000 for them to put up signage. Just google map them and it'll get you there. There is a short section of a dirt road to the park but very well maintained. Maybe just a couple hundred yards. About a mile from the interstate but very quiet.

Oasis is the perfect word to describe this desert gem. We only stayed one night but will definitely keep this on our short list to return. Very quiet and clean park with good space between sites. HOT in AZ - 117f. Wanted a convenient place to stop and plug in to run camper ac. Met at entrance by pepper who guided us to a nice spot close to the POOL! Clean and nice layout. Some freeway and train noise can be heard.

Their small park is very clean with a nice pool area and small laundry room that we were happy to use for only $3 total to wash and dry. Beautiful views of the Aztec Hills and large, open areas to walk your dogs and hike into the hills if you wish. Close to convenience store that had great date shakes! Level sites with full hook up. We’ve stayed here twice this year and will stay again whenever we travel through the area. Our T-Mobile increased from 2 to 3 bars when we used our Hiboost. Some occasional train noise.

We were looking for a simple overnight on our journey west and we had the greatest luck. Great Park, dramatic views, got some laundry done and had the incredible good fortune to be invited to their prime rib dinner. A memorable overnight.p.s. Check out the date shakes at the Texaco in Dateland, yummy.
