There aren’t many RV parks close to Sedona so this was nice! I believe it’s under new management and they are trying to get things better! Bobbie at the front desk was so great and nice! There is no service available in the area but you can purchase WiFi, it was $5 for 3 day, $2 for 1 (I think there was other options for longer stays too). This is in AZ wine country so lots of winery’s around! The entrance is odd, like mentioned in other posts but we came during the day and had no issues. They have big camping flags by the entrance to try to help too. My only real complaint is the water pressure was nonexistent! But overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting the area.

There’s a restaurant and the entrance is pretty much there but in an angle on a hill so it’s very difficult to see, we turned around a couple of times- 38 foot RV- to find out a car was blocking the entrance of the campsite, it was a costumer from the restaurant, we went inside and asked, they removed the car. What I was quite surprised was the campsite doesn’t have any information about the tricky entrance on their website so be aware arriving at dark. Also, 47.00 with no sewer but they do have a dump station free for campers. Internet can be purchased, we had a hot spot but be ready for no service.

Pay attention when reserving and tell them your rig is longer than it is so it will fit in the space they give you, 30 amp only and no sewar. The entrance has huge holes so go VERY SLOW! Wifi is $10.95 a week per device and works about 70% of the time. Terrible water pressure.. The shade and creek are nice though. Check out is 11 SHARP they charge $5 an hour for a late checkout. Next trip we will plan farther in advance fir a better park.

Nice and clean. Responsive staff that are very helpful. Some sites are only water/elec so watch for it when reserving. Cell service is really bad on Verizon, T-Mobile and ATT and park WiFi is fee based and slow.

We have a 38’ rig and had a back in spot on the river. It was nice. We could fish and swim from camp. There’s no privacy. Sites are tight. Trees provide great shade. NO cell service. Restrooms were clean. We’ll definitely be back. Be sure to check out the steakhouse on premise. Delicious!!!!

They are nice couple who are very warm and welcoming! They are working hard to improve the grounds :) We now enjoy our stays here very much. Full hookups are on the upper levels only so if you want to camp by the river you'll only get water and electric. There is a dump station on site. There is a very steep, sharp entry down a bumpy driveway. If you have a long rig, enter from the East (Hwy 89A) as the entrance from Cornville is very difficult.Tengo WiFi is available for a cost, but is a joke. They only sell you enough data to check your email and do some browsing. Streaming video will kill your data allotment (700+ MB) in a single day and then you can't buy more until you wait 48 hours, or some ridiculous thing like that. Sprint 3G service MIGHT work for a phone call now and then. Verizon 3G seems to be the only service that works, from what we're told.Nice notes include beautiful plants and birds that really shine in the spring. Lots of trees, shade and Oak Creek fronts the park. There's great nature walk around the nature preserve/bubbling ponds across the street. There's also a restaurant/bistro right at the entrance to the park (separate ownership), with beautiful views from your table and free wifi. Several local wineries are in the neighborhood as well.

Yes, it’s an outdated resort, but you have the ability to camp right on the water. The creek is big enough to get sufficiently wet and stay cool. Bring some tubes and ‘flow’ down the waters. The water goes up to your waist (at least that’s what we experienced) and you could hear the rushing waters at night. It was peaceful. No real cell service, you could walk up the hill and get it if necessary, as well as go to a fun wine bar with good food. The younger guy working there was really helpful, he was constantly trying to guide people to their spots or attend to their needs. Really nice guy. The woman definitely lacked some friendliness, she was pretty cranky our whole stay, but her husband was really nice. It’s a sandy location, shady with trees and peaceful. Only exception to that was the family a couple sites down who refused to tie up their dogs and they were constantly on our site scaring our kids. But overall, a really pretty peaceful site. Definitely go across the street to see the hatchery’s And the beautiful bird sanctuary.

And no glare since it rained the entire time we were here. Our water hook up was non existent. We used the remnants of what was in the tank. The pressure was so low it could not push water through a charcoal taste / chlorine filter. The sewer connection was clogged. We discovered that when it backed up and spewed my husband with the grey water he was trying to dump. There was no concrete pad. No picnic table. We were shoehorned between a rundown office building and a derelict coach. No access to rear of coach, parked five feet from the road and loud traffic rumbled past all night accompanied by a steady rainfall of tree branches onto our roof from a dead tree behind the coach. Worst camping experience of my life. My parents were inveterate campers from the mid 50s and I’ve been a camper and RVer for 60 of my 70 years and only one other place I’ve paid to stay was worse.

First off, I have a small class C so I was crammed into a tiny spot. No room for a chair...not that I could even squeeze behind my rig to take it down. Had to back so far back to get my front end off the road, I couldn't get to it. No picnic table to sit at either. View to the front, someones truck reflecting the sun into my cab. View to the right, the neighbors slide out window looking right into my rig. View to the back, well, both the rig behind and the string of lights they left on all night to shine in my bedroom window, view to the left, the neighbor who, while I was still plugging in my electric, came over and accused me of reporting their two big dogs running loose...he then bent down to pet my 14 year old beagle, then pulled her ear until she yelped. FYI-his dogs were later coming over to poop at my site.Should have left then. But they required all my money up front before I even saw where I was assigned. I am from out of state, so I am unfamiliar with the area, and internet was non-existent, even with my booster, so I couldn't research where to go to get out of here. So I'm sitting inside my rig with all the blinds drawn for some privacy. Next day, I'm sitting out at a picnic table at one of the several empty spots next to the river to try and read and relax and make the best of it. My two little chihuahuas are leashed and lying down, when suddenly 4 young boys run up on them and try to grab them. Of course they start barking at the boys. One asked why they are afraid. I told them 'because you ran up on them and tried to grab them'. Three of the boys then walked away, but one just stood there staring at me with a weird smile on his face. My guess would be he abuses small animals and enjoys it. The kids also enjoy racing up and down the road in front of my rig on their motorized bikes. They almost hit me and my dog as I was crossing the road. This park appears to fill with the locals on the weekend who run the place as if it's their own. I am cancelling the 10 day reservation I had here for next month and will never return. If you still plan on staying here, the entrance is easily missed and a 180 degree tight turn on a pothole filled narrow drive. And pray the narrow drive isn't blocked by someone working on their 5th wheel while their truck is still hooked up and blocking the driveway. Both myself and the class A behind me had to park in the driveway and walk to the office. FYI-the class A had not seen the entrance either and wouldn't have been able to make the turn. They were stuck and appeared to be bottomed out tying to turn around. Thank goodness he got out of that ditch. So...do you want to know how I really feel? LOL!

They requested all of the money up front which I thought was odd as 99% of places only charge one night down for the deposit. I called the day before we were supposed to arrive to cancel as we were rained in and there was flooding in multiple spots in Arizona and we are not from here. We were not comfortable driving if there is flooding in a state we're not familiar with. They said that we would forfeit our entire stay, about $100 dollars which is outrageous. We were rained in and it was not safe to drive, so they kept our entire stay. I asked if we could get refunded two of the three nights because I understand a last minute cancellation is hard for a business, but they said I would have to call 'corporate.' Called them, left a voicemail and never called back. Will never stay here or recommend to anyone.
