Super friendly gal in the office, but sounds like new ownership has made a bunch of rate changes including a "resort fee". Nope....I definitely wouldn't call this a resort.Small, but clean campground. Biggest complaint was the pricing surprise and sketchy internet.Was advised via phone that PA rate was 17.50 plus tax. Upon arrival a few hours later found out PA rate was actually $20 PLUS a $2 resort fee plus tax. Nice pool area, but spa looks like it's been out of commission for a long time. Poor verizon coverage. Would maybe stay again if we needed an overnight stopover, but not longer term.

We stayed here in April to escape a week of 90-100 degree days. They offered a weekly Passport America rate that was even better than $17/night. The sites are very close together (my awning was 1 foot from my neighbors slideout, but for 50 amp full hookups with a concrete patio, I think it was a good deal. The sites are very close together (my awning was 1 foot from my neighbors slideout, but for 50 amp full hookups with a concrete patio, I think it was a good deal. Although the park was full, it was very quiet. You have to pay for wifi. I have no trouble with my AT&T hotspot but did notice my T-Mobile would lose connection occasionally.

Nice quiet peaceful small RV park. Very nice accommodating owners. A little too close to town for us usually but where we needed to be at the time. Close to the beach in Bullhead City.
