As I was staying at an adjacent park I did not like, I rode my bicycle through Pardners park looking for a possible vacancy.Nearing the office I spotted an empty spot and went to the office to inquire. I tried the door but the office was closed and had a number to call. On the way out a man standing in the middle of the street on the phone, started yelling at me about being there. I just ignore him.I then rode my bike across the street to the grocery store. I had just picked up 2 lemons when I was surrounded by police asking me to please step outside, they wanted to talk to me.They asked me a whole bunch of questions, asking if someone was in danger or if I was in danger, if I was trying to break into cars, why I was at Pardners park.I was DUMBSTRUCK, I could not believe what was going on, apparently some psycho was running some mental or paranoid phantasy and I had become his target.After their inquiry the police realized I was harmless and I finished my shopping.I do not know if the man was management or resident. at any rate, it's NOT a place I would want to be.
