I honestly cannot say enough good things about this park! We stayed a month and it was fantastic. Close to everything you need, amazing views all around, clean, friendly, perfectly spaced spots, many great activities. We made so many friends and saw so many amazing things. Never wanted to leave! We will be back!

We came off of a 3-day boon docking adventure during the CoVid-19 pandemic. We needed a place to recharge not only ourselves, the electronics as well. Although we were not able to use amenities of the park due to concern for permanent folks in the park and CoVid-19 it was clean in appearance. Typical interstate noise given the traffic it was minimal.Check in was explained over the phone. Upon arrival it was as expected as explained. Easy pull through and hook up. Wide lanes for driving up and spacious parking location complete with picnic table.Much to our surprise we received two coupons for a free (on-site) meal due to the inconvenience of not using the amenities. Their rate was also discounted due to travelers trying to get home because of the pandemic.Staff was cordial and kept their distance. Thank you to all during these times of uncertainty. We would camp here again. Gary and Pam - Wisconsin33' 5th Wheel

Huge sites, full hookups with cable, pool, super clean, excellent showers, great laundry room where all the appliances are kept upWe thought this was an outstanding park- about 40 miles to Tucson (which is overpriced) and about 40 miles to Tombstone and a little farther to Bisbee and the Mexican border. You can even buy 5 dollar meals which the locals cook up every night.

Really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the short term sites which are paved lanes near the office. Full hook ups 50a and very clean. Great staff. They even picked up my propane bottles at the rig and filled them for me!Nice pool and showers as well.

Exercise equipment and a nice sized pool are outside. Lots are paved and generous sized, enough to put out your chairs and grill out. Ours wasn't totally level, but it was just for one night so no prob. Full hookups. Really nice people. A gentleman helped us park, our lot was pull-through so it was very easy for us. The receptionist gave us coupons for free dinner served there in the Barn (which is a nice little multi-purpose event hall). Normally dinner and breakfast are $5/person. We had hamburgers, chips and sides for dinner and were really glad of a free meal we didn't have to cook and clean up! The compound is nice for walking around and enjoying the mountain views. Very strict dog walking areas including a dog run, so there's not dog poop all over the park. Most people there seemed over 55 so we felt kinda young, but everyone was super nice to us. The staff even filled our propane tanks for us ($1.49/ gallon but worth the convenience). Was expensive but would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The sites are large and well-spaced, the park and its amenities are very clean and the mountain views and beautiful sunsets made for a very peaceful setting. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating and so was every guest we met.Value:We stayed for a month so the monthly rate made for a great deal especially with the quality of the park and amenities. While it's a little bit older, there's a nice clubhouse with good laundry facilities, a game room, and kitchen. Outside, there's a good size clean pool and hot tub as well as good size off-leash dog run. On the flip side, the wi-fi was slow when the park was crowded in February, although the speed improved when a lot of guests left in March. And, if you are planning to go to Tucson a lot, the park isn't the most convenient and you might spend a lot of money on gas (about an hour drive each way.) Dog-friendliness:We were a bit wary of the cacti in the dog park (which we learned was a converted bocce ball court) but our pup wound up loving running off leash in the sandy run and we met a lot of other campers and their pup. Runner's and Biker's Rave:There aren't bike or running paths right outside the park so we wound up hitting the streets in the surrounding area- not ideal with all the traffic and often windy conditions. While the park's location isn't convenient to Tucson, if you're interested in just some great exploring- Kartchner Caverns State Park is close by (less than ten miles) and has terrific hiking. The town of Benson has a few shops and restaurants including the fabulous Wild Dogs, and the historic towns of Tombstone and Bisbee are about an hour road trip away. Overall, we highly recommend this park for its value, quality, and setting!

Very clean, friendly and quiet. Nice club house, activities if your into that. Great pool (large enough to swim a few laps), nice hot tub. Had an outside type lot so no one behind and I would say the lots are very spacious. Easy to find and park.

Sites are spacious, although a few can be difficult to get into due to the upslope from the road. Laundry room is clean and organized, reasonably priced. Garbage is in one location near the office, so if you have a site in the hill location you get your exercise just taking the garbage out (this was fine with us). Park is a mile off the I-10 so barely any road noise; its a good location to relax. Beautiful skies at sunrise and at sunset. We found the Wi-Fi worked reasonably well right in our site, and Verizon cell coverage was good. Convenient location for sights in the area (we visited Karchner Caverns, Bisbee, Tombstone, Sierra Vista and Sonoita).

Has a pool, club room, covered patio, exercise equipment, nice BBQ area with picnic tables. We had a pull thru site, which looked to be for overnighters with 50 amp, water, picnic table. Some snowbirds still there, but everyone clearly takes pride in the park. Sites are extremely well maintained.Have to get a cable box from the office to get cable, but we arrived too late & the office was closed, so can't comment on that. Park Wifi was awesome on both Verizon & ATT. Our ATT Homebase also had great reception.A little road noise from I-10 in the distance, but that died down after 10:00pm; not enough to bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a true Snowbird resort but very good for the overnight traveler as well, huge sites, meticulously maintained grounds with wonderful shower and guest club house. Full service hookups with cable included (this is a little finicky as you need to connect their Cox cable box). All in all a superb experience.
