Wifi was excellent!Very quiet, even by the highway! Bathrooms are clean if dated, but new management is in process of updating entire place. Hot water, showers with good water pressure… what more could you want?Partial hook up price, full hook up was higher. Close to Grand Canyon without tourist vibe. Totally worth it and we would come back.

It's 20 minutes from the grand canyon, bearazonia and deer farm without the Williams Az prices. It's a simple park, no flair but it's clean and safe. Season pool, showers, full hookups, dump station and tent camping area. Their dog park is great. We were in space 3 which is by the office and very quiet during our stay. The back spaces are by the freeway and can be loud but we didnt hear it from our space. Tanya the manager is super sweet and accommodating. There is NO rv 10 rule garbage here. All are welcome. Great place to see what Williams Az has to offer without the high rv park prices. Sites are super level and not to close to your neighbor

Price is for partial hookup. Pool could not be used, site is near the I40, we can hear it clearly. Other than that is it okay for 1 night on our way to Las Vegas. Site is about level and staff was frendly. You can also fill up your built in propane tank! Park is easy to find from exit 144.
