Not sure why this place lists for $35. The daily rate is $60 plus $5/day utilities PLUS tax on top of that. I skipped this one.

Friendly!! Helpful, my car broke down once got trailer backed in and settled.. people real nice about offering rides etc. nice swimming pool, restrooms and showers. Still here a while as my car is still in the shop. Very comfortable place. They have great WiFi service!!

The park has the majority of sites with full time residents or folks that rent for a year or the season. Small park with less than 150 sites. Very clean, there were a lot of snowbirds, many were annual and some had been coming over 20 years. Very friendly and active park. Lots of activities during the season. We initially stayed through passport America but enjoyed it so much we have returned for 3 seasons.
