This was our first time taking out travel trailer out and everything went really good. All the staff at Winona Beach were AWESOME, so helpful and very down to earth kind. Our site (#65) was 55' by 25' on gravel, some shade, full hook ups (W/E/S)(50 A and 30 A) and was part of their new upper sites. The two sites on either side had trailers at them but no one was there for our 2 night stay. The spots above us were all full and most of the noise came from there (not bad). The lake was a bit of a walk to get to but not bad at all, just a lot of stairs. The swim area had a floating dock and inflatables to play on. The Resort had good prices on most of the items in their shop/cafe and rentals(paddle boats, boats, stand up boards) were all price well.Access: Upper lots are gated in, so you have to wait to be let in and out, I like a little more independence.Location: The resort it self was a great location, but our site was not ideal for us (gravel, hot far from water).Cleanliness: AmazingSite Quality: The hook ups, electric, were all awesome (NEW), gravel was clean and also new, limited shadeNoise: It's a resort and there was a lot of people above us and I enjoy quiet (USNF), so a bit loader then I prefer, but not to bad.Overall we had a great time, but wish we were able to stay in the lower spots closer to the lake. We will be returning in the future.

This is mostly an rv spot for summer semi-permanent residents, although no one was here mid week just the trailers. There are 10 or so lake front spots and about 5 just off lake front that are a few dollars less. It has full hook ups although the sewer connection is in a wired spot and we had to dump as we left. WiFi was sketchy at best. It has a store, showers, laundry and boat docking. We spent a couple days SUP boarding and fishing. It was fun and we had the water front pretty much to ourselves.
