Very nice owner who was quite helpful. All of the sites are grass and I believe they are all full hook up. We stayed in Site 1 which was a very large 50 amp/water/sewer site. The sites are fairly well spread out so you are not right on top of each other. Some of the sites are pretty level and others are on the hill so not so level up there. The area is beautiful and several miles south of I-20 so no freeway noise and no trains. We found it to be a peaceful quiet place to stay. It is very close to the racetrack and the CMP complex.This is a full hook up campground but there are no facilities at all. No pool, no laundry, no showers, no fire pit, no tables. No wifi but Verizon was very good.Overall, I really enjoyed the quiet here. This area is sort of a camping desert so this was a nice find.The entrance is very easy to miss. There is a large sign on the hill but it is beyond the actual driveway. Fortunately, there are several easy turn around areas so it's easy to fix if you miss it. (ask me how I know this!)
