Very laid back and calm RV park. Lots of Redstone Arsenal contractors staying here temporarily while working at the arsenal. All the prerequisites we wanted: 30A, water, sewer. There is a laundry room that we did not use. About 11 miles away from closest "civilization," meaning laundromat, fast food, gas, and the like. There is a gas station/convenience store closer, but choices are limited. Very easy access. All sites are gravel and seem fairly level side-to-side. Level front-to-rear is variable with the site. No noise whatsoever except for very light traffic on the four lane US 231.Manager was not on site when we arrived just before Thanksgiving (2019), or on Friday, so we left a check in the dropbox at the office. The business seems to operate on a high level of trust, which is different—and nice. Tommy, the manager, is a friendly sort and easy to work with. No problems or difficulties during the stay. Again, this is not a destination site. We stayed here while visiting relatives in Huntsville. Access to Huntsville is quick and easy. For this kind of trip, this facility served us well.
