We stayed here from Oct, 2021 - Jan., 2022. $575 monthly rate. The park is nice with lots of amenities and activities. It has a very active communities with a calendar full of events with community meals, holiday parties, group exercises and games. Outdoor and indoor pool with jacuzzi are well taken care of. It has a very active communities with a calendar full of events with community meals, holiday parties, group exercises and games. Outdoor and indoor pool with jacuzzi are well taken care of. The main clubhouse also has a library, TV and game room, and a large room for community events. An enclosed pavilion is also open for use and often used for games, group exercise or other community activities. The three bath houses with laundry room are well kept and clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Free WiFi is available, though it often is overloaded and not very useful for streaming. We have our own hotspots, one with Sprint and one with AT&T, but the reception is also often too slow for streaming. All things considered this is a nice park that we would readily recommend

We stayed here one night. Our original reservations at another campground were unexpectedly cancelled and we were referred to Gulf Breeze by another campground. We talked with Sherry and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. The campground is clean, very large, has a number of bath houses and laundry facilities. We used the bath h...moreWe stayed here one night. Our original reservations at another campground were unexpectedly cancelled and we were referred to Gulf Breeze by another campground. We talked with Sherry and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. The campground is clean, very large, has a number of bath houses and laundry facilities. We used the bath house closest to our campsite and it was very clean. The sites are very close together, but the family atmosphere, being close in to the beach fun at Gulf Shores made it very nice. If we needed another convenient overnight campground, we would stay here again.

We camped December through April of 2017. The sites are large with concrete pads. The entire campground is very well maintained. There is an i door and outdoor pool. Wifi was spotty but free. The location is central to many attractions and great seafood restaurants. It is four miles from the beach and about 10 miles from the outlet shopping area. The staff is friendly and well organized.
