My wife and I stayed for 9 nights earlier in May. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, amenities, and the city of Fairhope. Can’t wait to go back.

Their website states you must own a Motorcoach to rent here, however when you book your reservation online and check the bottom agreed to box, it doesn’t not specifically say that your coach must be 12 years or newer. We submitted photos and didn’t hear back over 48 hours later, so we called. We decided to try and cancel it, and they wanted to charge a $50 cancellation even though we hadn’t even been technically approved to stay there. Needless to say, it’s been more than 10 days and have received no refund at all. We have now had to dispute the charge. These people try to say they have southern hospitality but the truth is they do try to keep ‘certain’ people out with their ‘rules’. There are much better places to stay in Baldwin County close to beaches and better amenities than this place. They are overpriced and full of themselves!

All sites are level concrete with full hook ups. Grounds are immaculate. Site 1-9 are on the small lake that is stocked with fish. Some sites are sold and some are still for sale. If you buy a site you can add a small house and/or gazebo with outdoor kitchen if you like. The houses have wonderful finishes to them and are solidly built. Beautiful lodge that is available for both owners and renters with full kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit and gorgeous log burning fireplace. Approx. 4 miles from downtown Fairhope; which is an adorable town on the Eastern shore of Mobile Bay.
