It is full except for 5-6 pull thru sites for overnighters. It is quiet despite being full of seasonal or full living tenants. We would stay again. There is plenty of shade. We sat outside after dinner till bed time. People who walked by greeted us (either waved or said hello). What I didn’t like was no one in office. The number listed was disconnected. Luckily there was hand written sign on door telling folks their lot rent was due with a phone number. No map, no packet. Small inconvenience

We stayed here for one night during traveling. It’s right off the interstate and very quiet. It’s very woodsy and had a lot of permanent campers. They do have laundry but we never checked it out. Grass was cut. I wouldn’t stay here more than one night but I would stay here again for an overnight site.
