Our daughter was playing in a softball tournament at the Fultondale sports complex and this spot was the closest we could find. It’s nothing fancy but we’ll definitely stay here again during the next tournament. Water, electricity, and sewer at each site. We requested a shaded site but 25 is not it. There’s a convenience store at the corner by the mobile home park. There’s a pool at the sister property 3-min down the road but we never had the opportunity to check it out.
Nice, quiet part, mostly permanent residents, no facilities but big lots and great price

This RV park doesn’t look like an RV park, when you arrive it looks like any other sticks and bricks community. No common areas, no bath houses, toilets, etc. RV arrivals fit in between permanent residents which are about 90-95% of the community. It's very quiet, clean, and safe. My spot was about 70' deep, all are back-in spots with swale curbs that are a bit too deep to navigate without a hard turn into the spot. No issues with the hookups, trash has to be taken to the main building. All in all I loved this quiet community, the people that run it are incredible, I did everything over email and phone since it was the holidays and the office was closed. At $27/night I stayed an extra night to rest up for my next journey. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for a quiet spot; just avoid arriving at nighttime, the spots are too hard to identify without walking up to the electric pole.
