Don’t be fooled by the current improvements, skip this RV park. Unless you love hearing highway traffic and trains very nearby, all day, all night, go elsewhere. And when the grass needs mowing or leaves need raking, guess what, it’s your job to do or they’ll charge you!We had an expensive locked up bike stolen and Bruce, the manager, said he’d review the camera recordings to try and find the thief, he never did and never got back to us. Just BS.When you stay for longer periods of time (travel nursing contract), you have to pay a deposit which is fine. After you leave, they deduct the cost of the final electric bill and are supposed to send the balance as a refund. They claim we never told them we were leaving 30 days ahead. Total lie, I told them numerous times way ahead. You knew Bruce, you just want to squeeze whatever you can out of your customers. No wonder you had available spaces when every other park was full. Like so many others, won’t be back.

We picked this due to location without any knowledge of the neighborhood. The drive in through the neighborhood had us rethinking our selection. When the manager advised us not to walk around at night we again questioned our selection. The road noise did us in! We are literally on the freeway and listened to major noise all night long. From thumping music, sirens and roaring trucks and trains. The park is nicely run and primarily working folks who are on short term assignments. There is no walking around or socializing that we noticed. We were questioned about the age of our rig and the exact length....to the inch. Spaces are tight, but not that bad. We did see some older rigs in here, but no junk. Each space has a privacy fence, except ours. We are just inside a security gate that stays open all the time. Each spot is gravel, back in and has a picnic table. Power, water and waste at each site. Lots of trees in the park and kept clean. Currently in the process of redoing some of the sites and internet cable.
