I stayed 4 weekdays and then extended by 2 days and had to move because someone had specifically selected my site (not their fault, of course!). It gave me a chance to experience more than 1 site and both sites were perfectly flat, spacious pull-thrus. Both had picnic tables and firepit. The main clubhouse area with pool and hottub are beautiful. There's a bistro that looked like it was serving wine, outdoor grills, pizza oven (for staff only), seating, fire pits. I'm guessing this area is super popular in the summer but no one was there this time of year. The resort will look amazing when the plants grow in. Now it has that new housing development look to it. Wifi was OK for non-zoom work, browsing, etc even though I paid extra for the upgraded internet ($10 for 3 days) you can supposedly use for streaming. It worked fine for a movie, not fine for 1 zoom call, OK for another.
Very clean and well maintained, but pricey.

Visited/ stayed at this park multiple times over the last few years. A resort like setting in wine country. Park attracts alot of weekend partyers, but vast majority do it classy ...grilling their trip tip and sipping the local vino. Fun atmosphere, beautiful views and of course access to all the central coast has to offer.

Bathrooms and showers are brand new, clean and convenient. Pools, spas, dog parks and common areas are situated throughout the property. Unfortunately, that's where the charm ended for us. We came at the tail end of spring break and the park wasn't full, but was very busy and loud. Lots of large groups in the park and the pools were packed. The staff was less than friendly and check-in was not smooth. There were no golf carts available and the staff refused to put us on the waitlist for any cart smaller than a 6-seater due to the fact that we had 5 in our group, even when we assured them that we wouldn't all use it at once.If you are familiar with Paso Robles, you know how hot and windy it gets! None of the sites have shade and few are sheltered from the winds that pick up every day. With the proximity of the campground to wineries, downtown Paso and even San Luis Obispo, we were hoping for a campground with some local character and charm. But, alas, we were left feeling like we were in the campground version of a planned housing community. This might be a good option if you're coordinating a large group trip, but it just wasn't our type of experience.
Nice and new but not our style.

Clean restrooms and showers available in a few locations. Store did not have much to offer but you are in town so everything you need is close by. A food truck was on site most days. They have two pools and lots of families to go with them. Not sure if it’s common but Friday and Saturday were party nights with loud music going until 2 am. Bottom line for us despite the amenities, not a place I consider relaxing or enjoyable and will look elsewhere in the future.

Has many new amenities like pools and club houses and dog parks. One strange thing that seems to be an oversight is that on a few stretches of road in the park where there is no side area to walk there are no sidewalks and blind corners. This can make things dangerous for walkers and bikers especially when people don't observe the 10 mph speed limit. Be careful letting children play on these roads. There is a bit of noise from the airport as other reviewer's have said, but it's mostly small prop planes not large passenger jets. We did not have an issue with the noise. Finally, we probably would have felt more welcome if management would have some flag rules. There were a large amount of political flags being flown. At this price point for an RV park, typically there is some sort of limitation on number of flags or offensiveness of flags. There were so many flags, it felt more like a political rally than a campground.

Arrived at the resort and check in only took minutes. Our reservation packet was available for pick up with very little interaction required. They even provided a small travel kit with masks and hand sanitizer. Staff was very friendly on arrival. Resort was new as others have stated. Sites are well spaced and had no issues with noise. Sites were level and a nice picnic table and great fire pit was provided on the concrete slab patio. Sites offered 30A and 50A along with a separate 110 V outlet. 2 water spigots made it easy to use. Was great to see all the families and kids riding about and being friendly. The vegetation has not grown in yet and will be great when they are. Some sites along the hills have great views of vineyards. One note is the resort is not to far from the Paso Robles airport so we did experience some noise from aircraft. However it being their gave us a small airshow of old and new military aircaft fly by's.

This park is fairly new, thus, none of the bushes or trees have grown up enough to give you any kind of privacy. Therefore, you see and hear everyone around you, including the bozos with political banners. There are a lot of amenities so it’s great for families and kids but it is not cheap. Well maintained.

I would recommend sites 137 - 147 for a more secluded feel, with a view overlooking the resort. My only complaints would be the price and lack of shade, which are both understandable for being a newer/larger RV resort.

There was a power outage for two nights in our area and we needed our generator because it was really hot. The resort emptied out this morning on Labor Day. Today the lap pool was not looking good and maybe it was because of the power outage but it looks like algae to me so we stayed out of it and let management know there is a problem. Maintenance checked it out and called the pool guys who will probably address it tomorrow, in the interim, I requested an upgrade to a site closer to facilities since Nickie has trouble walking long distances. Instead of honoring my request they comped us for one night at the daily rate of $100 for the power outage. Which they also did for the weekend warriors. But they lost the opportunity to please a long stay customer

Two pools, one regular and one lap, community room, laundry, etc. We arrived one and a half hours before the two o'clock check-in time, but it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and informative, explaining all the amenities available. Since the park is new, there isn't a whole lot of shade available. There are a few pre-existing mature trees, but they are few and far between. Nice park, would stay again.
