The park is right off the highway, so easy in and out. At our site we couldn’t hear the traffic. It wasn’t a lot especially at night. It was super quiet. The staff in the office during check in were super friendly and when asked about going to Death Valley the lady gave out good information. Prices in their store are very reasonably priced. Because of that We went there frequently just so we could support them.It was easy to get into the park and to find our site. Our site had FHU & was a PU. We had a tree on one side of the rig which shaded our slide out (fridge side) ???????? and three other trees on the other side of the rig which was in between us and the other site. It worked out good because the rig in that site had their table window looking onto our site so those trees gave us some privacy (don’t get me wrong, the neighbors were nice. We just like our privacy! ????)We took a day and went into Death Valley and did a few little hikes. It takes about 1 hour & 30 minutes to get there but it was so worth it. Don’t forget to get your National Park Passport stamped at the visitor’s center when you are there! Once we arrived home we headed to the pool and jacuzzi for some relaxation. The pool area closes at 6 pm, which we thought was too early, but it is what it is. We still had a enough time to relax in the pool and jacuzzi.Their community center is huge and has a nice big kitchen as well. They have showers and a laundry room also but we did not use them so I can speak of their cleanliness, but if it was like the rest of the park then they were probably clean as well.We had issues with their Wifi and so did our friends at their site. When we asked about it at the office later, they said they have issues with it too, but if we came up closer to the office we might have better luck. We decided to use our Mifi.They have a nice little playground area for kids and even some turtles to look at. Also some birds in a cage inside the community center.We drive a F250 and pull a 36 ft Heartland Bighorn Traveler.

Quiet park and well kept. Easy access to Alabama hills and Lone Pine. Verizon signal not strong enough to do a speed test but AT&T was 48mbps down and 5 up. We were in the back away from the road so didn’t hear much traffic. Site are a little close together for my liking but ok.

We had a long, pull-thru end site during our quiet mid-week stay in Feb 2022, and still had to drive opposite the designated traffic direction to exit our site. That said, we had a great stay here. Yes, it's right on Hwy 395 and there is traffic noise, but the views and location made up for that. Within 30-45 mins of all the desired day trips in the area.With very few boondocking options left in the Alabama Hills due to permanent closure of much of the area BLM land for overnighting, this park worked great for us.

Very clean campground, friendly helpful staff

Stopped here for the evening on our way to the Alabama Hills. We stayed here instead of trying to find a boondocking site in the Alabama Hills in the dark. Nice clean park and everyone was very friendly. The store is well stocked and they have propane at a reasonable price. The views in the morning when we woke were amazing

It's on the outskirts of downtown Lone Pine, but the views are beautiful of the mountains and the RV park is spacious with plenty of room to get your steps in. Complimentary muffins and coffee from 7-9a daily which was very hospitable and kind. We spent a few days in the Alabama Hills and then came here for full hookups during the week. It was a great combo. The internet worked pretty well for the most part for work emails and video and live stream. AT&T service was 2 out of 4 bars and worked just fine for us. The grounds and amenities are very clean and the staff is friendly. The week was quiet, but as the weekend rolled around almost every site was full. It would be even better if we had more space between neighbors, but I'm still giving it a 5 star because it was perfect for the area. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time I have stayed here. This park has full amenities, pool, playground, spa pool, and even turtles and an aviary. My family had a great time staying here again. Great family location.

There are a few small tent-only spots near the entrance that I would almost guarantee are always available for a last minute stay, but Diaz Lake across the highway is probably a quieter option. Coffee and homemade muffins in the clubhouse each morning was a lovely touch. My daughter had fun visiting the birds and tortoises each day. We spent one day in Alabama Hills and another day driving out to Father Crowley Overlook (Star Wars Canyon). ATT cell reception teetered between 1-2 bars of 4G - good enough for logging into school/video calls when we needed. WiFi wasn’t great, but not a deal breaker for us. Cable hook ups also so-so, but again not a deal breaker.

Nice pull them site. Good access to Alabama Hills for hiking and exploration. Decent shade available. Warm temps. Muffins and coffee for breakfast.

But Lone Pine/Alabama Hills in June averages over 90F during the day so we knew we needed full hookups to run the A/C. For an RV park, Boulder Creek is very good. The sites are compacted dirt and very level with a concrete pad and firepit. The sites are not huge, but definitely bigger than your average RV park so you don't feel like you're sitting under your neighbor's slideout when you sit outside. Water pressure was good, and we had no electrical problems at all, even though everyone was running their A/C during the day and evening. There's a small pool and hot tub that our teenagers enjoyed. The campstore is very well stocked and they have fresh coffee and muffins every morning. There's also a nice community room with good A/C to escape to if needed. The staff was welcoming and the sites were kept very clean. Our dogs enjoyed the very large dog park, too. The laundry is small, but it worked fine for us. They also have showers and restrooms- those seemed a little older but were clean.The only negative is that you can't book through their website. You must call them to make a reservation. They are very helpful, but it's annoying that in 2020 I can't just reserve a site online. However, the park is nice enough that we will be returning again on our next trip up the 395.

Checks all the boxes. Friendly staff, clean, sites are large enough, green areas, dog run, convenient location to Lone Pine, Mt. Whitney, hiking. Make sure you check out Alabama Hills Recreation Area, what a surprise!

We made last second reservations with Boulder Creek, and they were accommodating. We changed our minds 2 times re: when we were going to leave, and never made me feel like I’m a nut. Sites are tight & smallest laundry room outside of a home, but it worked. Bathrooms clean.

This was our first RV Park experience and it was a good way to begin. Very friendly, nice size lot, easy pull through and great views of the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains and Mt Whitney.Only negative was the WiFi was weak, but I hear that's the norm in most RV Parks. Would stay here again.

And after reading the reviews here we decided we would stay here at Boulder Creek. We had passed by many times but never realized how nice it was inside. We found it friendly, clean and overall very nice. They even have a big dog run you can use if you have your furry kids with you. We didn’t use any other amenities as it was just for the night but when we walked around the park to stretch our legs everything looked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here a few times for Thanksgiving and as our last spot before heading home from trout fishing trips. Everyone is very friendly, my kids love the pool, playground and turtles. Nice place to stop to do laundry and regroup before heading home.

We travel with 2 young labs and find the walks east of the RV Park a great place to let them run free! The park has a FIRST CLASS dog park with water and a very large play area. The staff is very friendly and responded very quickly to our first call for help with the ants. We found that the ants had inundated most of our trailer (in our beds, storage areas, everywhere) and in the thousands maybe 10's of thousands. We emptied the camper and spent some 4 hours cleaning up. The ants live in the many trees around site 39 (could be other sites as well) as every morning and evening we would make the rounds with ant spray on all the surrounding trees and ground. The RV store sells ant spray as we expended 3 cans over our 3 night stay. The good news is that the RV park has some of the best facilities (showers, pool, hot tub, WiFi, etc) of any park we stayed. The nearby Alabama Hills has great walks and drives (even 4 wheel adventures). The Turtle Creek CampGround looks to be very exciting , maybe the next time we visit the Lone Pine area.

The office has free coffee and homemade muffins every morning. Sites are wide with plenty of room for a great outside sitting area. There is plenty of room for your vehicle next to your rig. Sites are level and sand/dirt with paved roads throughout. We had excellent power and water pressure. The park also has two cabins that are really little homes with full kitchens, furnished living rooms (TV included), and bedrooms with an attached porch and a sitting area. One cabin also has a loft bedroom. The nicest we've ever seen. This park had the fastest WiFi we have ever had and it is free. There was no slow period when the park was full. We were able to upload photos for the blog very quickly!!

This places feels very mom and pop, and is one of the few places that uses the word "resort" where it feels like it's living up to its name (and price tag). Mountains to either side, stark desert red to the east and the silver alpine snow covered beauty that is the Eastern Sierras to the west, make it difficult to complain about being pretty close in with your neighbors, though the sites are considerably spacious for a private park. They sell beer, even good beer like Stone IPA, in the office. And there are free donuts and coffee in the morning. A great place to overnight if you're out at the other campgrounds and need a hot, hot, high pressure shower.

This was a great place so glad we found it and in the morning there was even fresh baked muffins and coffee for the guest !
