The RV hostess was very friendly, helpful and kind. She gave us excellent directions. The RV site was easy pull through. The other rigs were all clean and fairly new. Did not have Cable TV but hookups were easy to access. Quiet but some freeway sound and train was very close. Near highway 99 but not much road noise. Next to train tracks however. Very nice management. Most occupants here look to be full-timers. but that wasn't a problem. Sites are close together. Has an old look but the facilities are clean and it has a laundry. Works as a stop-over while traveling. $36 with Good Sam is fair.

Stayed here one night and the bathrooms were nice and clean and everything wasn’t too outdated. Close location to a starbucks and some stores
Very nice manager, very responsive and friendly.
