The first time we stayed we left by about 7a, and he texted to make sure everything had been okay since he'd noticed us leaving and we'd gotten such an early start. Everything was fine -- we were just on our last leg to get home and had a deadline! Campsites are plenty level to leave your vehicle attached for an overnight stay. All sites have power, water, and sewer hook-up. Lovely view to the front and nice walking area. This campground is in an area of Arkansas where there are several vineyards. It looks like a couple other campgrounds have been added near James's, but we'll definitely keep returning there. Between the ease of "landing" and James's attention to detail with campground care/communication, it's an easy pick. I think some folks stay there for more than an overnight when doing the wine country experience.

Not far from the Interstate. Clean & very well-maintained.Wide & perfectly level gravel RV spots, big rigs with slides fit easily. Full hookups, excellent high speed WiFi.BONUS: The park has a storm shelter!Very reasonable price. Self-pay, no attendant on duty.Highly recommended for weary travelers.

Loved this RV park. Owner was kind, considerate and took the time to check on us as we arrived late due to weather. Really, really nice setup and beautiful spot. Park even has a storm shelter on site...which is a huge plus!! Would recommend to all, you will not regret staying here!

I was here overnight on a way to Alabama so didn't get to see the area (although I noticed a winery right across the street) but it was a convenient place to overnight. i especially liked how close it was to !-40 but far enough away that I didn't hear anything. I did hear tons of crickets and frogs. I'd stay here again. And the owner, after he got off work, came over to check on me to see if I needed anything. I thought that was awful nice.

James (owner) said to pick a vacant site and he would check on us late in the afternoon. The sites are gravel and very level. Each is supplied with 50/30 Amps, water and sewer. All sites are next to each other and close together. There is a picnic area with several tables behind the sites also a separate dump station for guests. No other amenities that we are aware of. It was a great respite from I40 for a couple of days and we did tour a couple of nearby winerys.
