We are here 4 nights in late June, so the shade trees are greatly appreciated. This is very well run 55+ park with a mix of mobile homes, tiny homes, full time RV sites, with several short term sites. Paved streets with gravel parking sites, laundry, exercise room, pool, etc. Access is right off Hwy 69 but the road noise is not bad. ...moreWe are here 4 nights in late June, so the shade trees are greatly appreciated. We will definitely look to stay here next time we are in Prescott Valley.

This is our second stay at Or hard Ranch.Both times the staff has been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The grounds are basic and not luxurious by any means but they have great amenities, including great pickleball courts. And everything is kept spotlessly clean. No matter where I am in the facilities Juan, the friendly maintenance guy, comes through to chat up everyone and spread some cheer, and leave the area thoroughly cleaned.The sites are the biggest of any RV resort we've ever seen.Some areas we'd like to see improved: It makes it inconvenient when the office is only open M -F when we are traveling and needing to make or change reservations 7 days a week.WiFi at the campsites would be helpful.

We booked a month, the price reflects that. Awesome!!!! Good cell service. Free wifi in library. Extensive exchange library. Showers great. People both staff and residents wonderful.My only poor comment would be access to local amenities.
