We stayed here for a week just to be close to my brothers house during a visit. It is now called Deer Valley RV Park. It seemed to be mostly full-time residents with old nasty RVs. It was right next to a giant adult store which was the icing on the cake. Upon our leaving we realized our spare tire/wheel was stolen while we were there. It was brand new as our rig is 2021. So either it happened during broad daylight or while we were sleeping both of which is very unsettling. I would just skip it if I were you.

Stayed here for 2 weeks clearing up some medical issues. Quiet park, most of the snowbirds had or were in the process of leaving. The perm. people were very hospitable. This park has alot of working people living here. We would stay here again due to the location and peaceful atmosphere. The owners seem to be updating alot of the park. wi-fi is available we did not use it while there. Walking distance to a couple food establishments. Cell coverage was excellant we have T-mobile.
