The good- the park is relatively quiet and is a good location to get around Phoenix. Staff is nice and check in is easy. It’s also clean and has several dog parks. Sites are level. Pool is small but not bad during the winter. The bad- spaces are tight, long term residents not so friendly, laundry facilities are not adequate for the number of guests which made any laundry day crowded and busy. We ended up having an item stolen from our site during the night so lock up or put away your stuff. At the end of the week we were glad we left. Out of all the 18 parks we have stayed at so far this one is at the bottom of our list. We will not stay here again nor recommend it to any friends or online RV groups.

KOA's in the state have cancelled all future reservations. Talk about being NOT customer friendly. The emergency declarations and CDC recommendations didn’t matter.

Music, games nights, pancake breakfasts, etc.The office staff was wonderful too. We had an issue with our first spot ( not resort related ) and we were given another site. This place is by the freeway however it was almost background noise. Didn’t bother us at all. There are also planes flying overhead all day but we are avid mountain bikers. We were only around mornings and evenings and the planes were minimal at night.

Phoenix is not RV friendly so parks for working aged RVers are limited. This place looked good online. Great pictures awesome amenities. Thats were the happy ended. The “amenities” were tired and out dated. The dog parks were more like cat litter boxes and were not well maintained. The check in paperwork was crazy. Never have i ever had to fill out a packet of legal paper work just to stay in a park. The park maybe in Phoenix but its right next to the highway so the noise is all you here. It is also in the path of landing planes at the nearby Deer Valley airport. The wifi is worthless and if you can get it to work it caps you ar 500mb so good luck with that. Don’t let the purple fool you. If you can avoid this place, DO IT!

All the amenities were as described. WiFi had good strength but bandwidth was poor. Multiple places to let our dogs get off their leash. Beautiful view of mountains. Some noise due to a nearby airport.

The pool and hot tub are both excellent, among the best we've found. The park is close to lots of shopping, dining, and movies, yet feels removed from them. I recommend the Musical Instrument Museum while you are hear, it's reasonably close and really an amazing museum. The first time we stayed here it was quiet enough, just the dull traffic noise from the freeway. The second time, there were planes from the little airport next door circling low over the park for hours and hours, over the course of several days. It was very noisy and annoying. One day they started at 5AM. I'm not sure what that was about or how often it occurs, but it's what kept me from giving it 5 stars.

The park is located near the Deer Field airport but this causes no noise issue. The road nearby can be noisy at times but is generally good. They gave us the last monthly site available at the time. The site itself was smaller than our trailer but we managed to fit. A doggy wash station is provided. Facilities are clean and updated. Each spot has a concrete pad and a picnic table. (although ours didn’t have a picnic table). Staff has been helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Verizon 4G LTE available. Price: $623.22 monthly INCLUDES electricity.
