Note, this rate was with Passport America. Several apparent permanent residents, but still several spots for travelers. Spots are very level, and easy to get into. Power was stable, & the water pressure was adequate. The 30 amp plug showed signs of getting too hot with someone's plug, but it still worked just fine. Laundry facility was reasonably clean, with 4 older washers and 4 older dryers, but they did a good job cleaning and drying. We didn't use the showers nor the restroom facilities, as we had our own. They did have a spot set up for washing vehicles, which I did use. They provided a faucet, a hose, a spray nozzle, and space to park while you washed. This was right next to a lemon tree, with the largest lemons I have ever seen. At least I assume those were lemons. There was a train that passed by not too far away at 8:00am on Friday. It was kind of loud, but it didn't wake up my wife, as she had earplugs in. There was no train on Saturday.
