This is essentially a gravel parking lot with utilities. I only stayed one night so I could dump tanks & take on water after boondocking for a week. They don’t allow use of the dump unless you camp here. Unless you walk a trail to a view I would say there isn’t one. Laundry was clean & worked well. They have signs asking you not to use showers if you’re in a camper so tenters & campers without showers can use them. And anyway, they are coin operated so I chose to shower in my camper. Road noise does diminish at night. There are nearby pullouts with great views over the valley & glacier that are free if you don’t need hook ups.
There's a reason it's called Grand View

We stayed here one night in late May, 2013, breaking up the drive between Tok and Eagle River. The price reflects a Good Sam discount. The park is quite new and typical for Alaska - gravel driveways and gravel pads. The wi-fi was weak at our site, but workable at the cafe which is known for their pizza. Weak Verizon 1x. Clean, hot showers. Road noise decreased significantly at night.
