It was COLD, with early morning temperatures hovering around freezing. Daytime temps averaged between 46 - 61 degrees. Not a place for snowbirds. Because of Covid-19, there were no activities planned in the very spacious and well appointed clubhouse. Be aware that the sales tax in the area runs from 10 - 13 percent and it applies to groceries also. We drove to Florida to do our shopping. Wifi signal was strong, but bandwidth was iffy. Verizon cell coverage was variable.

They also had fun things to do planned daily right at the resort. They had a movie night, pool aerobics and an ice cream social, just to name a few. The grounds are well maintained. The bathhouses are clean and spacious. We had a problem with our RV while there and the staff was very helpful in helping us to get it fixed by a reliable and reputable company. We loved Bella Terra and will defiantly return to stay here again.
A true resort.

Probably one of the nicest private parks we have ever stayed at. Fantastic clubhouse with pool, hot tub, weight room, sauna. VERY friendly staff! Far enough out of town to be very quiet yet close enough if needed. An easy drive to the beach also. I would give it a 10 but we like more tree's between sites giving privacy. Utilities are good, great private restrooms, nice laundry. We had a spot that nosed into the lake which was a nice touch. Sites are good sized. If there was a spot like this on the west coast we could easily make it our base.
