This little campground has good potential but is terribly lacking. It’s about a 20 minute drive off the interstate down a very narrow and curvy road. Although it’s nicely paved it also has several 15-20% grades; and no that is not a typo or exaggeration. When you get there you’re greeted by a no trespassing sign. Electric boxes look like Tom Edison himself installed them. There is a sign saying go to the store/office to check in. Ok, where is it? No sign or hint anywhere. No cell service. Knocked on someone’s door and they said it’s across the street. That’s fine, except there’s no one there! So we left. On the way back to the interstate we found a nice new place about five minutes off I77. Called the lady. She told us to put 20bucks in the mailbox and park somewhere. THAT’S more like it!
