You get to backup right to the lake. We had a beautiful sunset. The owner is very nice and the place is well kept. We wish there was some trail or somewhere to walk but the only place is the campground itself which is nice but small. We’d definitely stop in again if it worked with our plans.
We needed a place for the night. Worked great.

The owner is an older German lady, pretty cool, she’s been here awhile and runs a relaxed but tight ship. We’re sitting in shade after along drive enjoying a breeze, nice grassy site, and a lake view. Couldn’t ask for more on an overnighter. If you fish they’re catching some good sized trout off the bank..
Once was enough

Stopped here early afternoon in mid-September. The grounds are well kept, but I thought overpriced. The restroom and shower were not the best. Shower cost .75cents for 5 minutes. Owner said all, but one, electric sites were reserved...so put us in the one closest to the boat ramp and her home. We only saw 2 others come in later. The trains didn't bother us as much as the wind....and the binoculars in the owner's window facing our site.
Nothing special - convenient stopover. Beware of trains

Nice well maintained commercial campground. Lady that runs it is very nice and helpful. A short distance from I90, can still hear the highway in the distance. BUT - there is a VERY active train track by I90. We had to hear at least 40 trains over night.

This is a small one-woman-owned-and-operated park with grass sites on the Sprague Lake. Even with unlevel sites and weak water pressure and with nothing but the lake in the area, I give this little place four stars for charm and friendly owner. Fishing is great off the little dock. There are four fishing boats to rent or bring your own and use the boat launch in the park. Small restroom building and some fishing supplies in the office. Owner lives in house on site, ring door bell if you need something. There were ducks, geese, quail, and pelicans during our stay. The Columbia Plateau Trail State Park is accessible from Highway 23 nearby. The town of Sprague is on its last leg with only the Chevron, burger place and small grocery still open. The other RV park - Four Seasons - is a dirt and gravel choice right on I-90 on the other side of the lake. There are trains several times a day and night, but we loved that. If you are interested in geology the rock formations throughout the range land are amazing.
