This is NOT a resort as the name implies. It is essentially a trailer park. The majority are long term residents and since they do not allow washing of your RV onsite, there are many RVs appearing very dirty. The grounds are okay and even though they have landscape maintenance weekly, the individual resident grounds are up to the individual. Some are way overgrown. They have 30 and 50amp service as well as water/sewer. onsite laundry and showers open 24hrs. We did not need to use the facilities as we have our own. It was quiet, which was nice. All sites (level) are gravel with surrounding grass. They have Wifi, and we had great service for 1 day and the rest was not able to connect so had to use our hotspot. We were glad to have been able to venture out most days to make our vacation what it was...very nice!!Birch Bay is a laid back beach community and many places to eat out for lunch/dinner. No breakfast that we could tell. Close by Birch Bay State Park, which is gorgeous! Semiamoo is a short drive away and worth the trip out on the spit....GORGEOUS. many other scenic areas too.
