Alpine Valley is mainly full of seasonal/permanent RVers, but there are a few weekenders that come around. We were there for about two weeks and loved the area. There's a store and restaurant & bar on site, with all the necessities you need and some excellent breakfast, lunch & dinner options at the restaurant. Amy & Jim are the owners and are super nice and accommodating. Just don't plan to use the Wifi or your cell phone...the service is terrible. The campgrounds has Wifi, but it works sporadically.
