It’s basically a trailer park and honestly, I don’t think some of the rigs are even able to move any longer. Combine that with kids running around until midnight, making tons of noise (on a Monday night), a train on one side, the freeway on the other, made for a long night. But wait! I didn’t even get to the barking dogs that started at the crack of dawn and having to navigate around poop piles in our sad strip of grass. The front entrance was pretty and the people who ran it (plus the residents) were extremely friendly, so I will give it that.

Our site the pavement was nice and smooth and grass green and lush, other sites were not as nice. Amenities were also hit or miss (6 washers and dryers, only 3 working) Short office hours. Bathrooms/showers were cleaned daily (early), but the large number of construction workers, tended to mess them up quickly.Ok for a quick overnight and I'd stay there for that. Otherwise, I'd look for something else. One weird occurrence that happened was a trailer was leaving and forgot to take in their awning. As they were travelling down the lane between the pull thrus, the awning hit a Tiffin Allegro bus. It literally took out the drivers side window, glass everywhere. Fortunately no one was hurt.

This is a full service KOA with nice FHU 50 amp pull-thru sites which were long, wide and level. This KOA is one of the nicer KOA’s that we have stayed at. It is very well managed with a professional, friendly staff. It does have a pool, children’s play area and group area with two bbqs. It has lots of grassy area to walk your pups and we met many friendly fellow travelers here. I highly recommend this park. Excellent pool, clean bath and toilet areas. Very pleased that we could get 2 spaces within an hour considering the temps were 96F and boon docking was not an option. Unsure what cost was as daughter paid for both sites.

Clean and quiet park. I liked that every spot had a grass patch but the spots are so close together. Our awning was inches from hitting our neighbor. There is a train track right next to the park but we, surprisingly rarely heard it. Overall, I would stay there again but wasn’t impressed my much of it.

Staff was super friendly and the location was convenient as far as it being next to a gas station if you had to grab some supplies. The sites however are super close to one another. Pretty quiet in the evening. A bit pricey for everything that’s offered here in my opinion but it was a fine stay.

But if you need a place to set up camp for a day or two as you're passing through the area, the Springville/Provo KOA will probably suffice. We rolled in Friday afternoon around 5:30. Check in was easy-the young lady at the front desk was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Our site (410) was dirty when we pulled into it (a couple soda/drink bottles on the table, two dirty rags on the ground, an old doormat that was left behind and trash, including a razor, on the grass.) Not a great first impression. We noticed that the sites were fairly tight as well. We were able to put our slide out and awning out, but had there been people on either side of us, it would have been super close. There are bathrooms available-individual rooms with toilets and showers. But stay away from room #1-it is filthy and doesn't have a towel dispenser or hand dryer. So you're on your own for hand drying. All the rooms look to be pretty dated and could use a little updating. There are a lot of long term residents in the park, which can be hit or miss. In our experience, we actually made friends with a few of the residents and had no problem with anyone. People respected quiet hours and we didn't have any trouble with neighbors. The pool area looked nice, although we didn't swim. There is also a club house and a pavilion-also amenities that we didn't use, but appreciated were available. The trees are mature and there is some shade, although on a hot August day, the sun was beating down on us pretty good.Overall, this place has potential with just a little more attention to the cleanliness and upkeep. We will likely return to see our new friends who call this KOA their home.

Great clean park. It was tight spaces but we didn’t have a problem with our 36 ft fifth wheel. The laundry and bath houses were clean and open 24 hours. If you run your air you will not hear any road noise. It was very quiet for us for an overnight stay to recharge and do laundry.

And a couple gas stations and fast food right there near the campground. We found our site to be clean/well maintained and our neighbors quiet and friendly. Office staff was great and the group facilities including laundry were clean. This is an RV park so sites are close. Great location right off the highway but was not bothered by any road noise. Our door side had a nice view of the mountains. Felt safe and will definitely stay here whenever we pass through.

Never Again / Run Away / Trailer Park disguised as a Campground but I decided "The Inner City Projects of the RV World" was the best description. First of all, I must accept the responsibility for making the reservation without fully checking everything out. With that said this is the worst campground ever. We needed to stay in the Provo Area and the Lakeside RV Park in Provo was full so I thought, “Hey this place will work for a few nights?” The sites are way too small (width and length) for larger rigs, we fit but there is no privacy of space. We had one slide out 3” off the neighbors awning… our water hook-up was IN our neighbors front grass area… the water pressure was so bad my water pump had more pressure. From what I could see I think at least a one-fourth to one-third of the park is full time residents but maybe I am exaggerating. There is no view from this park except for the rig next to you unless you are one of the full timers backed into the first row. The crazy part is this campground was busy, several big rigs there for the week. I guess some like to camp like this, on top of one another. I don’t not camp at KOA very often but have been at a few that were very nice, not all KOA are equal have learned. FYI... there are train track right behind this place but we had out AC Units running non stop to cut the noise of the campground out and never heard the trains.

The dog park is TERRIBLE. It's too small, it is not clean, it stinks and there are fleas and other biting bugs there that are not in the rest of the park. Lots of permanent residents with less than well maintained units. This is supposed to be a Journey park, but it does not deserve this rating. I've been in nicer KOAs that weren't Journey designations. The price is expensive for what amenities are provided.

Over priced for what you get. Close together, you park in the street. Lots of long term people. Old trucks that smell. But it's mostly pull through, easy in/out and right off the interstate. No one is here on the weekend. So I guess it's the honor system. To be honest I think I'd pick a Walmart next time, because of the cost.

Once parked and hooked up, we realized how tight we were all jammed into this park. When our awning was extended, it was less than three feet from the slide of the Class A next door. Maybe we're a bit spoiled from spending the last few months in wide-open spaces, but it was the tightest park we've ever stayed at. It's quiet enough, and while there were many full-time residents there, none seemed sketchy. All the amenities were present, and the area had all the shopping necessary to get us restocked and back on the road again.
