Our site was a bit un-level but no issue with a leveling jack. All the hookups worked as expected. Mostly quiet. There are groomed grassy areas and a playground with well maintained playground equipment. Laundry on site ($2 wash/ $1.50 dry). Internet. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had just dry camped in Moab, so the full hookups were welcome. There was a small playground on-site for the kids to play on, and a bigger one just 2 minutes up the road. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry were quite clean. And the location was excellent for visiting the Dinosaur National Monument.

One of the dryers wasn't working while we were there but washing was $1.75/load and drying was $1.50/load. The machines worked well. Bathrooms always looked clean though we didn't use them. The park was very quiet. The only drawback is when other people did come in, we realized how close the sites actually were to each other. Other than that it was a great place to explore Dinosaur National Monument and Flaming Gorge. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner was excellent, personally led us to our site and made sure we knew how to hook everything up. Decent playground and grass area which was great for the kids and dog. Some rundown mobile homes parked next door but it appeared as the park was installing new fencing to get that out of the view. They did do a good job separating the full timer’s from the daily use section which I personally appreciated. Would stay again if ever visiting Dinosaur or Vernal.

Our trailer was too big according to the Recreation.gov. This was the only option near Dinosaur National Monument. Gravel was deep and not packed making it hard to level. Owner put me in a site with packed gravel making leveling possible. Nice campground but not our preference.

When we arrived, it was full, so we made our way to Outlaw Trail RV Park. The owner met us in the driveway and directed us to our pull through site. She was very accomodating and allowed us to check out a few hours late so we wouldn't have to rush through Dinosaur National Monument. The cell signal was outstanding with 5 bars of Verizon LTE. The only downside (if the campground were full) is that the sites are VERY tight and close together. Outlaw Trail is a great spot to explore Dinosaur National Monument from!

Our slides go over the neighbor’s picnic table. No trees and a horrible dump of a trailer park make the visuals unappealing. Also, there were big areas with no trailers yet the owner would not space us out. The location by the Dinosaur National Monument is very good.

She is always working hard on the property throughout the day and the facilities are extremely clean and well-kept. We stayed here while visiting Dinosaur National Monument and surrounding areas and it was a great location to access the Quarry Exhibit Hall as well as Echo Park Drive and Harper's Corner Trail. Vernal is the largest city nearby (15 mins west) and has everything you need. We used the laundry facilities and they worked great. Absolutely recommend staying here and it appeared to be the best RV park from what we saw while driving in the area. The only cons are: 1) The wifi didn't work for most of the stay 2) The spots were very narrow but no issues with neighbors. My only suggestion would be to space out RVs more for a little more privacy.3) Mosquitoes are the worst I've ever seen there (they laugh at bugspray) but we did see them fogging the campground at night, so they are trying to do what they can. This isn't a con against the campground but just a warning for traveling to the area. Our neighbors had to have full mosquito hats/netting just to go out and see the moon. We went in the trailer at dusk every night and hid as bug spray had no affect on the mosquitoes... worst I've ever seen!

This park is only 7 miles from the entrance and Visitor's Center on the Utah side by the dinosaur quarry. It's also literally across the street from the Utah Welcome Center. Great location! The park itself has gravel sites, fairly level, with water, electric, and sewer hookups. We did put blocks under one tire of our motor home to get perfectly level. The owner even offers to go out to the site when people check in and help guide them in. I saw her do that for quite a few people. It's a family run business and you can tell they take pride in their park. It's very clean and they were doing little improvements like planting more trees during our stay. For two weeks, we paid $388 which included all utilities and Wi-Fi. While the sites are gravel, there is a large lawn area with trees, a place for cookouts, playground and swing set, horseshoes, and tent camping area all at the front of the park by the road. It makes for a good dog walk, especially since dogs can't hike with you in the Dinosaur monument. They also have a row of the park just for one night stays and if you stay longer you go in a different row. It was kind of nice to not have neighbors setting up and breaking down all the time. Wi-Fi is included, but was frequently slow. Unfortunately, Jensen isn't near a big city and we were told there's only one provider out here. Some parts of the day it was not bad, I guess when others weren't online. No cable hookup, but our antenna got 12 channels here. T-Mobile phone had signal for calls, but no data connection. Verizon phone had signal and data just fine, so we used it as a hot spot. We didn't really know what else was out here and our host was very helpful. She asked what kinds of things we enjoyed and made recommendations for day trips all over the area. If we hadn't stayed in Jensen, we would have stayed about 20 minutes away in Vernal, UT. Turns out everywhere we went (Fantasy Canyon, CO side of Dinosaur Monument, Utah state parks, walk along the Green River) would have taken us through Jensen anyway, so we saved 40 minutes driving each day!
