We were in route when they called and cancelled our reservation over Memorial Day weekend, after I had called earlier that morning to confirm everything. Destiny was super rude to us, yelling and cussing at us on the phone telling us we booked the wrong dates and telling us it was our fault because he doesn't make mistakes. I have never in my life been treated like this (and I'm an ER nurse, my husband prior military), especially as a paying customer. There was no deposit paid (thankfully), no email confirmation and it was only $150/week. Too many red flags and we should have known better. Don't stay here (unless you like getting yelled at and treated like trash), but if you do, confirm your dates 10 times.

They are kind, respectful and generous. It was a great place to stay and I liked their website message so I had to check it out! Glad i did. The staff is amazing! We will stay here again and tell our family to stay here also. Seriously don’t miss this place! $30 for electric and water and less than 15 minutes from Zion North entrance/Kolob canyon.

This is just right for a place to stay on the way to Zion. Free ice and soda!!!! And very clean bathrooms. No shade and no picnic tables tho. And very specific rules about fires (which I appreciated). There is also an illuminated path to a picnic spot at night!

We have a flat tow, so we can’t backup to turn around, and the only way we could turn around was by going through the park. First impression: this place is a dirt lot on a slope. I wasn’t even sure they would have dump facilities, to be honest. So, some dude hops in the “security” cart and comes flying up to the RV as we’re nearing the exit of the park. We inquired about using their dump site. We were told that they don’t offer those services, which was fine, but then he followed up with “you can leave now.” Just unnecessarily rude. We reviewed our experience on Facebook, like I’m reviewing it here, and they came unhinged. Like any insult that they could muster up was thrown our way. Looking at their Google reviews, this seems to be their MO. Just avoid.

He helped us check in and offered free drinks and ice. I asked him what time checkout was and he said "I'm not going to chase anyone out of here." Very nice place overall!Oh yeah, only complaint would be that our sewer hookup was a little uphill from our RV. It was lower than our RV, but I had to pick up the hose to drain it when we were packing up. Definitely not a deal breaker.

The cleanest and easiest RV park located near the highway. Staff was excellent. Laundry room, showers, and site where impeccable. Nice views as well. Definitely consider this place if you need a short or longer duration stay. Located conveniently to Cedar Break and probably an hour to Zion.

The bathrooms are stocked and tidy. The laundry offers coin machines. Electric is included in the full hook-up price. The hiking trails here are beautiful. The park offers many different discounts. The tribe is very strict on how old a RV must be to stay here and they are extremely strict on how your lot is to be kept clean. Indian Peaks is a very quiet RV park, there are no children screaming and dogs no barking.

This was honestly a very weird experience. I had made a reservation about a week in advance, but they never asked for payment so I figured I'd pay when I got there. I showed up around noon and the office was closed and I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the number provided, even after trying probably 6-7 times. They never gave me a site number with my reservation so I ended up just picking a site myself. I never got a call back even though I left a voicemail, and honestly thought I might just never get charged because I didn't see anyone working at the place that entire day or most of the next day. It wasn't until the following evening that a maintenance guy came and talked to me. He got my email address and then sent me a PayPal invoice. The thing that was even more unusual than all of that was that at least 3 or 4 different people at the park stopped by and told me all this weird drama about things that were going on with the park and with management changing and people being kicked out. They also gave me some strange personal details about the management that I certainly never asked for or cared about. I just needed a place to stay a couple nights, and all of this made me somewhat uncomfortable eager to leave. As for the site I got, it was extremely unlevel and I was right at the top of my andersen blocks. After finally getting level I hooked up my water and power and then found out there was a big leak in the spigot. I ended up having to hook into my neighbors spigot with a splitter. After all that, everything else went pretty smoothly. The general condition of the place honestly seemed pretty good, aside from my leaky spigot. Several other people around me complained about them shutting off the internet, but I never tried to use it so I can't comment on that. A day or two after I got there the laundry room was unlocked (it was locked when I got there) and I was able to use those facilities which were nice. The location is also nice, as it's close to Cedar City and there are some really great hiking trails nearby. This park has a lot of potential to really great, especially being reasonably close to Zion and Bryce and also Cedar City. The facilities all seemed nice, but whatever is going on with the current ownership and management situation makes for a strange experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here until they get that all figured out.

If anyone knows the park it would be a person who has stayed longer then ONE NIGHT!Finally NEW management, the rules and regulations have been changed at Indian Peaks RV Park. Those who will not abide by the new rules will be kicked out FOREVER! No more vehicles older than 2005No more personal belongings being stored under or around the trailers/RV'sNo more allowing your trailer to overflow with sewage until the renter decides to call a dumping service (because they refuse to unhook and use the dump station)No more Domestic Violence issues with those who were causing daily and nightly disturbancesNo more unruly dogs being kept outsideNo more living hear for FREE because the owners were being way too kind to the low income tenants. This Park has changed and changed Drastically for the better of ALL who stay here! The Indian Peaks Tribal Band is on a "War Path" to rid their beautiful reservation of those who (over the last year) lowered its standards and took advantage of the space they rented. Those who took advantage of the Bands' Kindness and Charity. Nice to see those dark days will no longer burden this sacred land. I truly believe the spirits will be pleased and the sun will again drench this land with its blessing.

Very good place to stop on the way to St. George or Zion. Super clean rest rooms, nice clean modern showers with plenty of hot water (included with camping fee) and a nice clean laundry room with 3 washers and dryers that worked beautifully. Bring quarters for the laundry.

Also loved the views of the mountains from my rig and the quiet of being on the back row. Since I was in a water electric site with no sewer I made use of the bath house. Always very clean, lots of pressure and hot water. Loved it after hiking in the desert all day. Laundry does have only one working dryer but one was all I needed. Can't say enough about the super friendly, helpful hosts. Will definitely go back if the chance comes up.

The sewer connections are not well placed so we just had to dump on our way out as there was no way the hose would reach. There is some road noise but not bad.The power worked well, water pressure is very high (be sure to use a regulator), bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. There is a laundry room but with washers only. We did not try the wifi since we had a great Verizon 4G connection. Managers very friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting the nearby national parks, and there are some good canyon hikes just a few miles down the road in Kanarraville.
