When I found this place on Campendium it had no reviews yet- so I went to their website. I was hesitant because it was only 3 sites, but they had extra large sites and full hookups so I went for it. I’m so glad we did. We had been traveling a lot and wanted a place to chill for a couple of nights and maybe get some fishing in. There is not much to the town of Duck Creek - it is a haven for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. Trails everywhere including a trail out of the village to the back country that is near these campsites- but the noise was brief as folks just passed through and headed out. The Village has 3 restaurants, a couple shops, gas and a market along with several rental places. It’s true that it’s a short walk to Aspen Mirror Lake from the campsite and the fish were biting like crazy when we were there in early June. There is also a fishable pond and another lake 5 miles down the road. It was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
