We stayed here for a month end of February through March. Sites are nice level large pads with full hook ups including cable. Great WiFi. Nice lake with fountain, outdoor grilling area, propane fire pit and seating at the end of the lake. Catch and release fishing off dock. Nice laundry, bathrooms with showers, some workout equipment, ice and propane on site. No pool or sauna here though which was disappointing. The dog walk is actually off the property in an un-fenced field adjacent to the park. I believe I spotted some newly sprouting fox tail so dog owners beware.I am not an RV Park person however this was a real nice place for what it was. Relatively quiet with some light highway noise. We were here working the Houston Rodeo and it was a nice stay.

This is a well maintained park with basic amenities including outdoor public grill area, propane refilling, fitness gym and laudry facility. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the park is well lit and fairly quite considering it's proximity to 288.
