Well maintained and well managed. Just a few rules and they are enforced. Free laundry facilities! Friendly staff. 7 miles east is all you could want for retail and food. Sam's, Walmart, Petco, Camping World, Winco, Albertson's, Ihop, Cracker Barrel and much more.As a long term full timer, I have been staying at this RV park for just over a year. I pay $475 a month with an additional $50 for an 8'x10' shed (my option). It will be tough to move on. (I listed 4 bars as that is max for my iPhone.)
