We had stayed at the 'sister' campground (Hofbrau) in the past and didn't even know this one was here. When we called to make reservations, the owner set us up in this location. He met us at the site to get us settled and since we thought we might stay longer than a couple weeks, he suggested the monthly rate ($300 plus a deposit for electricity usage, with unused amounts to be refunded at the end of the stay). We ended up staying for the month of March and then some. Payment is only by cash or check. The majority of the sites are being used for long-term stays. Amazon delivers directly to the sites. Packages and mail are delivered to the sites by staff for shorter term 'tenants' (longer term tenants have assigned mailboxes). Additional sites were being added to expand capacity. There is highway noise from US Hwy 281 and occasional noise from other sites, but everyone was generally courteous. Sites and internal roads are gravel and seem level overall, with full hookups available at all current sites (sites being added have electric & water - not sure about sewer). Decent cell service (AT&T had some 5G coverage, better with a booster). Good enough to use while working remotely. Remnants of a peach orchard came into bloom during our stay, making for a pleasant view out our windows. RV storage in an open field surrounded by fencing is also available. Marble Falls is under 10 miles away, where you can get just about anything you need. No dump station and no laundry or shower facilities, though it appears the latter may be available in the future (building under construction).
