We stayed in our 29’ travel trailer and had water and electric but no sewer which was fine for us (some of the sites do have sewer). Loved setting up my profile with the office online. We were able to check-in online, receive the gate code at time of check-in via text, and head to our campsite without stopping at the office. Their management team is truly wonderful. Really quick to reply via text messages to all our questions. On our first day we texted them for firewood and ice - it was charged to my credit card on my profile and delivered lightening quick to our site. We live full-time on the road, and had some packages delivered throughout our week stay. The office would send a text each time a package arrived and keep it in their office for us - absolutely great service! Bathrooms were clean most days, and the water pressure was great - the only drawback was the shower temp was either boiling hot or scalding hot. I took one shower and decided to take my chances on our gray tank capacity for the rest of the week. The biggest plus was being able to get into the lake and float about whenever we wanted. The weekends are busy, but the weekdays are really quiet with a few people coming and going. They have really cute cabins rentals with nice setups on the other side of the campground. The town really only has a supermarket, and gas station (10-15 mins away - large enough to pull your rig into before you arrive at camp). Other than that most of anything else is about a solid 20-30 min drive. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer to rent kayaks, or do a day at the beach. But we will definitely come back! This place is a gem. We booked though hipcamp but it was expensive, I recommend booking directly with them which in hindsight we would have done had we known.

This place is really sweet, nice campsites that aren’t packed together, the lake, a park, areas to hang out outside, cute little office/store, very friendly staff. We were here in winter so o Ly a couple other campers, but I bet it’s absolutely a blast in the summer!

Total we were 13 people. 6 adults and 7 kids ages 15-12. Originally we rented just the two rv sites ($30/night) and when the weather called for 3 days of rain we added 3 Kasitas ($100/night) just in case it rained all day and we need a place to hide out. The Kasitas lay just behind the RV sites. The whole layout is perfect. We could stay in the Kasita eating area and the kids played in the RV site area since they wanted to be as close to the water as possible. I would suggest reserving an RV site and a Kasita anyway. The Kasita area is not as nice if an RV is blocking the view of the water. Campground:There are nice toilets near by. They are snail type bathrooms and were always stocked with TP. The toilets were not stinky or dirty in anyway. Even our picky teenage girls had no issues using the snail toilets. A little further out there are two places with showers and toilets. One of the buildings is a true building and the other is a revamped semi-trailer container. The showers have hot water and were not moldy or smelly. Coming from New Mexico where everything is super bone dry, we often have issues with anything slightly musty. Both bathrooms were pleasant to use. The office has ice for purchase and we were able to do a contactless check in. There is a locked gate at the entrance of the campground so it’s nice that we know that random people can’t drive around which makes us feel good about letting the kids roam around on their bikes. Kasitas:The Kasitas are nice. We had Kasitas #16, 17 & 18. They are the size of a small shed. They only have beds in them and a small table. They also have a small table and chairs inside them. They each have an AC unit in them. They have planked walls and are comfortable to be in. The Kasitas come with a sink and BBQ grill. They also come with a fire pit and a cement camping table. There are lots of trees for shade. Great for hanging hammocks. The Kasitas also have a wooden deck, good for putting toys and trying clothes on. The electricity is great for running water boilers and griddles for a fast breakfast. I suggest bringing extension cords to run the electricity to tech the cement picnic table. RV sites:The RV sites #7 & 8 are great. Nice and flat and right against the water. When the sun rises it rises to the left of the camping space so it’s nice that there isn’t blaring sun coming into the tents. There are trees between the two sites to hang hammocks and they give some shade, but a canopy is also nice to have for sites 7&8 since the trees don’t give shade all day. The site comes with a cement picnic table and electricity. There are plenty of trash cans to throw trash as there are large collection bins to throw trash by the nearby bathrooms. There is a drop down to the water from this area but our kids are older so this was not a problem. They were able to drop the kayaks in the water and get down to the water to fish with no issues. All in all, this will be on our list to come back to for sure.

The staff was extremely helpful and there was not a bad site in the place. Every site has a view of the lake. We have 44’ TH bd had plenty of room for parking and setting up. I would recommend having a very long water hose if you are staying in site 34. The 50’ would not reach to hookup so had to add another hose to hookup. Site 34 did not have a sewer hookup but many of the others sites to have sewer. There is a dump station on site so not a big deal.

During our stay, the propane went out. We were able to call someone to come out and check our tanks and helped fix the issue, at no charge. The place is a simple pad. The electric and sewer are close but you need at least 60 feet of hose for the water. The spot right off the water was nice. Overall, we will be back and enjoyed our stay.

We weren't expecting much but we ended up loving this site! Plenty of room with no neighbors on one side and lots of shade with views of the lake. Arrival and check in were easy and quick and payment was taken at time of check in. We paid $30 per night. Although the RV area was full, it didn't seem cramped at all. Every site had a view of the water and the noise level was generally quiet. We had full hookups and although wifi was advertised the signal does not reach the RV area. Cell reception was good with no booster and we picked up a few channels on the TV (including the Cowboys game! :) ) Watch out for stickers and ant piles, our poor pup picked up several stickers in his paws. We would love to come back to Paradise Cove for a quick weekend away!

It's a ways to get out there but the roads were easy and totally worth it. All of the sites had nice tables, fire rings with grills & even a side cooking table. There were large RVs and tents alike. Everyone seemed to be enjoying being by or in the water. The beaches are west facing and we caught some amazing sunsets during our stay! There are both pit toilets & flush toilets. There are also showers available. All were pretty clean, but some bugs around for sure (it's nature what can you do). There are a couple cabins for rent -- one is an old train car! They said there's a store opening soon but until then be sure to bring anything you need with you. There was a boat ramp with trailer parking, a day use area with an island you can swim out to. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway spot at Lake Texoma.
