Very quiet park that sits right next to the owners home and ranch. The place felt very secure. Great for bird watching and cow watching! There is also a very active pig named Rueben. The park is less than a mile from a county park and public boat pier if you are into fishing. It is also less than a mile away from the world famous Kings Inn restaurant. We paid a monthly rate of $325 + electric. The RV pads are concrete and level. There is also on site laundry, a fish cleaning station and public BBQ area and fire pit. Both Verizon and ATT work well.
