It’s has what you need for an overnight stay. I used my Passport America so it was $20. Mostly long term rentals. Had a pull-thru site with full hookups. There’s a grassy area at the back for dogs but be careful where you step, there’s dog crap everywhere. Convenient to I-20

Nothing fancy, just a big lime stone parking lot style RV park. There is no grass except at the end where you can take your dog and kids can play. It has FHU. We stop on way to family going through Texas on 59. I called for spot. I filled out paper and left envelope in box. Only spoke with owner/management via phone and text. We received Passport America discount rate ($18.50). We just needed one night. There is laundry. I looked in but didn’t go in. It looked new and clean.
