FHU, pull through passport America, propane on site for a good price, concrete pads.We only stayed here for 1 night but I wish we could have stayed longer. Great park with excellent amenities and is really laid out nice. Lots of things to do , in or out of the park.We will stay here again.

The park is perfectly located outside of Ingram and Kerrville allowing you to access anything you could need within a 10 minute drive, but still allows for a peaceful Hill Country experience. Check in was simple with the friendly staff. Know that there is a $4 surcharge if paying by card. All the sites are fully concrete and our pull through site at #6 was well over 80' in length. The FHU are all located in the correct locations and in clean working order. We took an afternoon walk and instantly spotted some Axis deer grazing under the large pecan orchard. Next morning, everyone was peaceful and quiet. No issues with loud trucks, talking outside our window, or barking dogs. Appears to be majority snow birds with nice rigs this time of year (February), so we were lucky to get one of the last spots. This is a gorgeous location and I assume that the park is even prettier during the spring and summer when the trees have leaves on them. Has outstanding Verizon and ATT service with 16 download and 17 upload. Overall great location, scenery, and price. Would recommend and plan to stay longer next time.

Nice overnight. Hoping to see the deer but didn’t show but did see and feed Shetland ponies. Cash or check only for Passport America.

We stopped here on a pass between NM and Austin, and it was a nice rest with FHU. The park is pretty, surrounded by a pecan farm plus horses and tiny horses on either side. The spacing is what you would normally get in a commercial park with relatively level concrete pads and mostly pull-through sites. Handily, they also refill propane (cash only) and have washer/dryers. My only complaints are that some pads (including site 2) are badly broken up, and while it tends to be easier to have a pull through site, we had to do some moving to work around the broken concrete and related pot holes. We also had no T Mobile service here (even with the booster), and while the park offers WiFi, it was only so-so and effected largely by how many people were using it.

Our site is oriented in a way that we had good satellite reception but I would imagine that some sites have satellite reception challenges for a roof top automatic dish. The roads and sites are concrete with plenty of room for our 44' coach and Honda CRV toad. Good clean power, water pressure is good and convenient sewer connection. The surrounding Texas Hill Country is quite pretty and there are good country drives. There is ample shopping and restaurants in Kerrville. The temps have been too cold and some rain so we haven't been able to sit outside and enjoy the deer when the automatic deer feeding station disperses feed. The spotted Axis deer, a spotted species native to South Asia, inhabit Texas has escaped to the wild and there were at least 30 in the park.

Here for the Texas Tiny Taller Rally. Very nice, very quiet. Free WiFi, that worked sometimes, and free cable, but we didn't use. Shetland Ponies and goats nearby, great meeting hall, and very peaceful by the creek. Very, very quiet.
